Great computer
Very good looking computer for the price. It is very quiet as if it’s not even turned on. Easy to setup and would recommend to anyone looking for a PC around this price. Run’s flawless and handles the game I’d like to play with no lag. Even though the games I play isn’t a high end requirement but the graphics are good and fluid. After researching the components this has, it was an easy decision to go with a pre-built. I have the Thermaltake Level 20 HT case also to build my own but this does what I want and will continue to build that one as time goes.

Solid pc
I chose this pc based on the specs seemed good for the price point and I got it on sale. I’ve only had this pc for little over 24 hrs. But it was very easy to go through the setup process and was very fast compared to my previous pc. I think it only took an hour or two to get this pc all setup with my old programs and updated. It is so quiet I can’t even tell if its on. Boots up almost instantly and running super smooth.I am happy with my purchase and would recommend especially if you can get it on sale.

NEVER BUY A COMPUTER FROM AMAZON – they will take their sweet time refunding your money, up to 30 days!!! They don’t care even if they sent you a computer that’s NOT as described and NOT as pictured. Amazon keeps on changing my refund date… unbelievable!———————————————————————————This computer runs on Windows 11. I was exclusively looking for a computer that runs on Windows 10 because Windows 11 is very unstable and freezes when certain programs are installed such as Adobe Creative Suite. The graphics card shown on the photo is also misleading and false advertisment! The photo on Amazon clearly shows 4 HDMI female plugs, but the actual graphics card you’ll get only has 3 plugs and only ONE HDMI female plug. The computer case itself is nice, but the design on the back is terrible. I can barely fit my monitor socket in the designated slot (not enough clearance from the metal case). Also, the 3rd slot on the right might be usuable because it’s also being blocked by the badly designed metal case. Lastly, the wifi component of the computer needs an external antenna to work. This is actually the first time I’m seeing this among all the computers I purchased previously. Just another thing you need to wire in the back of the computer and to place the antenna somewhere. What an eyesore and another thing to worry about if you need to move your computer. An absolute waste of time! Now I have to repack and send this HEAVY computer back. ZERO stars if possible! I’m very mad! Amazon needs to verify the ads before publishing and stop wasting people’s time!

Great gaming PC
The tech world likes to throw around a lot of terms like âmid rangeâ, which is what this PC could be categorized as – but if it literally plays any game you want it to, stays cool doing it and looks great in the process – itâs high end in my book.I bought this PC specifically to replace an old 1060 Alienware laptop that I use to play Star Citizen.I was worried because of the aforementioned tech world reviews that a Ryzen 5 and 3060 wouldnât be up to the task – but it most certainly is. Right out of the box I was able to play SC and every game in my steam library. Mostly AAA titles. I play at 1080 so keep that in mind.I upgraded the CPU cooler because I live in a hot environment and added 16gb more RAM for a total of 32. I had to go into bios to set the clock speed correctly to 3200 mhz – but it was easy.I know they say each PC will come with different but equivalent parts, and that worried me. But I received an ASrock B550 Wi-Fi motherboard with two M.2 slots (!) and my 3060 is MSI. So, not bad at all.The ONLY issue I had was that one of the aRGB cables wasnât seated correctly on the motherboard upon arrival – but considering itâs shipped under who-knows what circumstances by the carrier I feel lucky there were no other issues. And it was the easiest fix.All in all I have no complaints, Iâm actually very happy with this PC and I definitely recommend it.

Unboxing
Computer showed up in three boxes, (box inside a box inside another box) the first was already opened. What makes no sense to me is that there was no viable damage to the boxes yet the towers front cover was damaged. Hoping I can get it taken care of without returning the entire system. Will update this when I get an answer.

Awesome computer
Got this computer about 2 months ago and have had zero issues i game high res games such as simulator games ,COD and gta and runs smoother than expected i would highly recommend this computer especially for beginners

This PC is worth the money! Great starter PC
Highly recommend this PC with these specific specs. It is a great starter PC. This is my first gaming PC a little hesitant because Iâm tech guy myself and Ik about scams with prebuilt computers and stuff, but this was NOT IT. It can run 1080P with AAA game flawlessly and well over 60fps and a little bit of 1440p if you know how to scale certain things in game. itâs very vibrant even though itâs a black case, love the components, some even exceeded my expectation highly recommend this product. I know this build is a little bit cheaper if you can get the parts individually, but itâs not that much cheaper by like $100 or so if you got an extra bread, then get this PC instead. Thank you Thermaltake.
