Great fast computer and wonderful customer service
Very good buy considering the price Vs. the quality. The computer is extremely fast. The screen is really good quality. The camera is really good and the speakers are really loud which is great! The windows is genuine, they send a code along with the computer. They also send a charger with the computer. There are some minor cosmetic damages. The only complains I have is that there seems to be some dead pixels on the screen and the battery has a false connection. On the bright side when i spoke with customer service they were extremely helpful and helped me solve the battery issues. They are sending me a new one with no extra cost on my behalf. Overall extremely satisfied.

This is issues needed to be fix
I like the color and the screen size. What I donât like it come some faulty on this laptop as expected. It wonât turn on and it wonât charge. Itâs not the charger cord or the battery is bad. But itâs a good experience for me, I was able to figure out what the issues is because it came with a bad cmos battery and I got that replace and it fix everything. There is one more thing my Windows version that came with this laptop couldnât be activated. It say I donât have valid digital license or product key. Overall, it a decent laptop.

Trash
This «laptop» is trash. It has a 5-hour charge, and after that, it’s unusable because the power adapter that comes with it doesn’t work (video attached). The laptop itself is in a terrible condition: everything is broken, the paint is worn off, there are dents on the body, and in some places, the cover is coming off. If you want to waste $150, you’d be better off sending that money to meâit would be more useful.

Worth every penny
I bought this laptop because I needed a new one for the tasks I do for my job and decided on this one because it seemed like a good choice for the price. Item came quicker then was quoted. As soon as it arrived we opened it up and plugged everything in and were very surprised to see that there was already battery life to the laptop, which helped me out for my job tremendously which meant I did not have to wait until it was charged. When I signed into Chrome everything automatically transferred over to this computer which was a huge time-saver for me as well. Everything is working beautiful with no hiccups. Would recommend purchasing this item even though it says “refurbished” because currently you would not even know that. Would also highly recommend this company again if I was needing to purchase another laptop or computer.

Fast and light, works great
The laptop works beautifully. I’ve had it for a couple of months now. I got it for work and it’s fast and light which were the two main criteria I needed. There does appear to be a sticker covering the top outer part of the laptop. I’m not sure why. Maybe to cover scratches on the outside? It doesn’t bother me but it does appear to be slightly peeling up in the corners. But I care about how it works, not how it looks. There is also a tiny part of the screen where color displays lighter than the rest of it. I thought this could be annoying but it isn’t all that noticeable. If I was someone who worked with graphic design then I could see it getting annoying. I am just including this information in case it helps anyone else considering this product. If you just want a decent laptop for working/traveling without breaking your wallet for a brand new machine, then this will do the trick. I considered giving this 4 stars considering the things mentioned above but honestly I’m very happy with this.

Not usable on delivery
-Quickly the device-Looks good for a referb but no damage to it that is viable. Although they do cover most of the device with wraps to make it look good from a distance but up close its not perfect but ok. They also took silver paint most likely spray paint to paint the sides and back and did a bad job on prep tape to make it look like it was like it from the factory. Can’t talk about the performance since the charger doesn’t work or has a bad battery.I ordered this to use in class to remote into a server I have at home so that I can just keep everything on it instead of worrying about size and performance concerns. Sadly it doesn’t seem the 3rd-Party charger that came with the device is usable with it. I won’t charge the device and when I went to contact the seller about it during their “business hours” of 8AM-10PM EST (Mon-Fri) instead I was greeted with a message that told me that I had called outside their hours and to leave a message. So now I am stuck with a device that is unusable with out spending more money on a new charger for the device. I will update this review if or when the seller contacts me or fixes the issue.

I waited a good year before reviewing this product because I wanted to be sure. Iâve had terrible luck with buying small laptops for university, my first was a tablet that was so small I could barely type on it, my second was a colourful HP that ran like a slew-deprived snail, so I was desperate for a smaller laptop that actually worked for my needs. I finally decided to try a refurbished one as Iâve always had good luck with Dells and the stats seemed good.Yâall I love this little computer. Itâs light and compact and it runs so fast, itâs faster than my big gaming laptop. Its small but still comfortable to type on and got me through my last year and a half of Uni with ease. I am forever grateful I managed to find this awesome little computer at such a good price and I still love it!FWIW, itâs not great for games as it has a crap graphics card (integrates graphics), but itâs great for everything else a student might want… word processing, internet, videos, etc. Highly recommend!

I bought this cheap laptop with relatively good specs for strictly university work, so microsoft word and powerpoint and the internet. however a week into having the product, out of nowhere it won’t charge. Extremely unacceptable considering I only had it for a week. I definitely won’t be getting a Dell product in my life again and I recommend you don’t either.
