Great laptop at a great price
I have purchased many items from the Renew Store. This is one of the best. Looks brand new. It has a crazy amount of RAM and 512 gb SSD. It boots up quickly and charges fast as well. I switched my order from TekRefurbs to this laptop from a Lenovo without any hassle.

Overall this is nice laptop. Small issue with speaker not working, after hardware download it was fixed.Small dent damage on the side of laptop, nothing big. recommend it. Although the same seller selling the same item on Ebay for $20 less.

La Laptop que recibi venia con muchos problemas y defectos:1. La carcaza traia y rayones golpes2. la Tapadera venia con un sticker para cubrir muchas imperfecciones3. Al encender la laptop generaba un sonido muy fuerte , pareccia que se iba a desarmar la laptop4. Varias teclas no funcionaban.Presenté el reclamo a Amazon e inmediatamente me hicerion la devolucion del dinero. LA compañia que proveyó la laptop me contacto y me pidio que antes de escribir esta reseña hablara con ellos, pero no lo hice.Realmente me molesta mucho que empresas vendan productos en mal estado, que le mientan a los clientes. Si bien es cierto recupere mi dinero, pero perdi tiempo en andar buscando otra laptop.The Laptop I received came with many problems and defects:1. The case had scratches and bumps2. Great 2 in1, but the sent it with Windows 11…
I ordered this refurbished 2 in1. It has worked great. Does everything i want it to. Only problem is I chose this computer with Windows 10 specifically because i do not want Win11. Well, they sent it with Win11 saying they did a free upgrade… Thanks guys. You shouldn’t have… Really… I had to buy a win10 license and install win10 first thing. Not what i wanted to do, but oh well. Minus 1 star. Otherwise, the computer does everything i need it to do.

Keypad Issue
Product is excellent but disappointed with the keypad I donât know why they mentioned that they tested thoroughly before sending the product because in my product i have an issue with keypad where certain keys are not functioning properly and some need to press hard to make them work. Hoping This will be resolved by seller and will update the review once I received a replacement product for this.

Purchased from IT Supply GuyLaptop was in pristine condition and looked as if it was new. Some keys were a bit wonky; I had to press hard to get some keys to respond.For the laptop itself, unfortunately, it doesnât have pen support, or else I wouldâve kept it. However, I did experience issues with overheating. The laptop got very hot when I was running it while charging. In addition, the Wi-Fi worked poorly. While it connected to my mobile hotspot, it couldnât get internet access from my home network, which was very weird.If you are prepared to deal with these issues, then this laptop is great.
