Good Media Player
At the moment I am using it as a media player, it is working great. Connected via Ethernet to my network server playing remote video files in VLC without problem. I actually like the fact that the PC connected to my TV is not an online Windows account, I do not need all my history on every device. It is small, I’ve attached a picture with some USD for scale reference.My eventual plan is to use this as an OPNSense router. To get to the BIOS you need to hit the
key during cold boot to change the power supply boot behavior. At least this check item means it should work.It does feel slightly warmer than I would have expected from such a low power processor; however, it is not hot by any means. Also, the fan is extremely quite, I cannot hear it over the AC.Update: Went ahead and installed Ubuntu 24.04 on a replacement SSD. As the SSD was not bootable, it booted straight to my USB of Linux or maybe it defaults to booting USB – I cannot say. Regardless, once it booted the install was simple. Rebooted and it came up fine. I’ve played some 4K video and it is a solid display, played over the network and no problems pulling the video from the SMB drive. A solid and drama free Linux machine.Update 2: Installed IPFire without incident and the little box is now a soft router. After setting boots on power cycle it is running fine. The only problem is Comcast will not respond to a new router unless the modem is also power cycled. After I figured that out it is fine. Getting 800M download on a wired connection to the PC while allegedly I am paying for 1200Mb. Not sure if it is this box or if it is Comcast or the measuring service but it is about 5 times what I was getting from an old laptop I had been using.Summary – a good little box for Windows, Linux or a dedicated firewall/router.Final note – the LED ring on the base is annoying as heck. I taped over it. I could not find a way to turn it off.cognosguy –
Cool great little Mini PC
Purchased this for $150. Comes with Windows 11 pre installed, 16 GB memory and a fast 500GB SSD. Has 3 HDMI ports where you can connect to 3 displays at once, 2 LAN ports and 3 USB 3.1 ports. It also comes with Bluetooth and wireless adapter as it makes connecting to my WIFI router and to my Bluetooth enabled keyboards and mice effortlessly. Also in the package, you will find power adapter, mounting hardware and a HDMI cable.I made sure to run Windows Update first thing. It took some time to update but its worth it. Also like that this is a stock Windows 11 with no bloatware from manufacturer.I use this in my home office connected to my portable 15 inch display which I use for basic to moderate computing, stream lot of video but no games. I am pretty sure it can handle games as well but I am not a gamer so haven’t tried playing games on it.For me, it serves this purpose very well as it’s lightning fast. Looks very nice too as the changing RGB lights add cool effects to it.I only wish that it had a USB-C display out as well so it would have been easier for me to connect to my portable monitor with just one cable instead of 2 that I am using now. Not a deal breaker by any means.I would highly recommend this Mini PC to anyone who is looking for something compact but yet powerful with a lot of connectivity ports.

Tiny little Beast!!!!!!
My son was wanting a new pc to play some of his games/do school work on. I somehow ended down a rabbit hole of looking at “mini” things and came across this tiny little beast. He thought it was a joke but after 2 weeks of owning it I can say he is very pleased and shocked by its performance. For the price and the specs I was also very pleased…10/10 would buy again in the future.

I was very impress when I saw the box and my impression was heaven better when I view the computer inside the box. It was so small that I was skeptical this could deliver the power from the specification. After I made the connections and an hour later the computer was working perfectly after the installation and updates. My skepticism vanished at that moment. I was surprised this computer works quite fast for a so small enclosure. After verification, everything inside this PC is exactly like the specifications. I managed to run some test and I appreciated the performance of this small device. I connected a 4K monitor and it run perfectly at 60Hz. It works like a charm with a wireless mouse and keyboard. I had no problem the connect it to Wi-Fi or use and ethernet cable. After couple of hours, I could barely feel the heat on this mini box. The fan is barely audible heaven from a close proximity. The specs are exactly as descripted in the product description. I really appreciate the image on top of this mini PC computer.Here a little caution, the mini PC computer doesnât work if you connect the power adapter the wrong way.I didnât find a way to control the RGB lights.Iâm very satisfied with this acquisition and I recommend it.

Arrived promptly with Amazon Prime. I purchased the 512GB with 16GB variant.This mini PC is really small. The Mini PC body is all plastic; access to the the SSD and WIFI card is accessible by easily removing the top cover. The memory is not easily accessible without disassembly from the bottom, and most probably soldered on. The unit came with the memory clocked at 3200 – I have since updated memory speed manually through BIOS to 4800, and tested stable.This mini PC comes with Win11 pro pre-installed and updated itself to version 23H2. Win11 is pretty good, I prefer it more than Win10 now. The included Win11 appears to be stock, it receives regular Microsoft updates without issues.The color lights are a nice touch in a dimly lit room, but are on all the time and thus far I haven’t found a way to turn them off. The top spacey galaxy picture is okay, but I don’t think it is removable – I haven’t even peeled off the protective film lols.The overall appearance of this mini PC is of gaming system, which it is not really. I didn’t buy this mini PC as a gaming rig, but it does work well for game emulators. It does have a fan, and it does ramp up, but not noisy at all.The three HDMI ports, and two giga ethernet ports, work without issues. It’s a very nice cute little computer for various projects, I opted for this instead of the RPI5, will add GPIO through usb later. For home media/file server, basic web browsing, and small developer tasks it’s more than adequate.

I tried several Mini PC. Especially Intel N95 version. This PC is unique Compact and Cute Size. Perfect mount back of monitor. Quite and No noise. Some other same CPU Mini PC isn’t. I Format pre installed win11 and installed win10 and re installed win 11again to test. When clean install new window, Window can’t find wifi device. So you need wifi driver to find wifi. Asked seller wifi driver. They sent me the day after I request.With wifi driver update, No issue and clean installation. Working good. I bought this pc for size and noise. Still So good. Most of all. Fellow Buyer willing to help me with device information.
