Best Value for money
I purchased t480 renewed laptop from “Computer Deal USA”This laptop arrived fast. It included branded adapter and external second battery. To my pleasant surprise, the laptop I received is a touch screen one. The laptop looked very clean and with very little usage as it appeared to be. Very well cleaned before sending it to me. The windows 10 pro setup was very clean and laptop is very fast and touch screen is perfect and very responsive. This laptop had dual battery and one battery was showing 93% health and one showed only 45% health. I contacted the customer service about this. Adam in their technology department responded swiftly and sent me a brand new third party made external battery. Everything is perfect. I am very happy with the purchase I made, I recommend this seller highly. They are very professional and they acted fast.Be sure to install lenovo vantage and update all drivers and bios for smooth usage. Also don’t forget to update windows 10 after you connect to internet.

This laptop works well so far. Just docking off half a point for the absence of internal battery as mentioned by other reviews.I bought this laptop to give away to someone i know. Basically, decided on this laptop considering the upgradeability factor and also from experience of using this model as my work machine.The packging was good and the refurbished information came with it as well. The windows activation was a breeze. The front lid of the machine came with a matte sticker finish to possibly hide any previous usage blemishes.I’ve done a couple upgrades so far. The laptop came with a 256GB SSD albeit a 2.5 inch SATA model. I’ve upgraded this to a SK Hynix P31 Gold 1TB NVME. I had to buy a 2.5 inch SATA to NVME bay to accomplish this.I’ve also updated the Wifi controller. It came with a 8265NGW chip. I’ve upgraded this to Intel AX210NGW. This will support Wifi 6/6E and Bluetooth 5.2/5.3. I’ve tested this and noticed definite speed increase on the wifi connection. I needed to download the Intel drivers for Bluetooth and Wifi beforehand and install the drivers after installing the new chip. If you are familiar with changing M2 type drives it will be a similar process along with plugging in some antenna connections.Finally, recommend downloading Lenovo Vantage from Microsoft app store and doing all the necessary system updates along with updating the Thunderbolt 3 firmware as T480 is known to have issues with Thunderbolt 3 with old firmware.

Great budget laptop
This is a great alternative to a cheap budget laptop. It was a top-end business laptop circa 2018 and it still is top quality. One nice feature is that it has two batteries, one of which is user replaceable without tools. I bought this because I was tired of cheap laptops breaking on me and having compatibility issues with my docking station. This works well with a dual monitor setup (with purchase of external Thunderbolt 3 dock), and is built tough. It is not “a thin and light” computer, but it is great for around the house, video calls, movies, and office applications, plus occasional travel.
Great screen protector, not too dark so you wonât have to turn your phone brightest high and it will save your phone battery. It came with 2 packs with a low price, hopefully it holds up well. –
Battery 1 is missing, green screen when turning it on and some times on YouTube shorts.
I like that you can still use this computer for studying. battery life is decent, at first it would die pretty quickly but now itâs fine. Battery percentage isnât accurate without the 1st battery.

Battery Needs To be Replaced
I just recently bought computer as a gift, not even 30 days later, computer keeps displaying a pop message saying that âbattery is undetectable â & âmust be recharged or re-insertedâ. Iâm trying to contact the seller and canât find any numbers, emails or anything to get in contact with them.

Faulty Hardware
I originally had high hopes for this product at a decent price. Figured it would not be on par with a new one just in terms of it being refurbished but I still expected it to work. Now a couple months in (after the return trial is over) it’s acting up so much it’s completely useless. It toggles between different windows, pulls up new applications and skips around the screen all on its own. It’s as if 6 children each have their own mouse and are all controlling my laptop at once. It was a waste of money. I wish I either invested in a new one or held off on buying a laptop all together. Don’t make my mistake, avoid this vendor.

Después de ver varias opciones de equipos reacondicionados en Amazon esta computadora fue la que más me convenció. Tardó en llegar 1 semana exactamente a mi casa en la ciudad de México.El equipo parece completamente nuevo de fábrica y viene con su cargador originalEn mi caso el teclado no es retroiluminado y no tiene à pero la pantalla Sà es touch, por lo que estoy muy contento. Ya investigué y el teclado se puede cambiar por uno retroiluminado y con à que venden aquà mismo en Amazon, por lo que más adelante tal vez lo cambiaré. La à sà se puede utilizar si pones el idioma del equipo y la distribución del teclado en español, por lo que realmente no he tenido problema alguno la verdad.El trackpad por otro lado se ve y siente completamente nuevo.La cámara tiene una biñeta para cerrarla en caso de que no la estés utilizando o no quieres que te vean.El equipo detecta una baterÃa, pero es grande y la carga soporta 8 horas o más si no le exiges mucho poder de procesamiento con algún programa pesado o juego. Yo trabajo programando y haciendo campañas de Facebook y Google Ads y ayer no tuve que ponerla a cargar en todo el dÃa de trabajo.Mi equipo vino con windows 10 pro NT, pero windows update me permitió pasar a windows 11 pro completamente gratis.En gaming solamente he probado Minecraft windows edition y sà lo corre bastante bien.Sinceramente esta computadora me gustó mucho más que otra laptop completamente nueva que compré el año pasado en el hot sale por la que pagué 3 veces más.
