Worst Kraken headset yet!
I typically enjoy Razer Products however these Kraken V4 have let me down and have been the WORST investment by far! Every week there is a new issue. One week it disconnects from the computer and doesn’t remember how to reconnect, another week it connects but wont let you talk or wont let you listen but never both, this week sound on every platform possible is up to 100% even after uninstalls and reinstalls and the ‘sound’ coming from the headphones is barely a whisper. Strongly advise you to NOT buy Kraken V4!

The best upgrade EVER
I loved my Kraken Tournament headphones, but they were getting old and falling apart after six years. So when I saw these, I just had to have them. They sound just like my tournament and work the same with without the little remote. Plus, I like not being tangled up in cords by mistake. It took some getting used to; the settings are different. I highly advise following Razer’s instructions in the Synapse for any issues with audio popping/sound dropping. I love the upgrade.

This wireless headset doesn’t even cut out, zero issues, and the battery life is so long that you don’t have to worry about it dying on you.The headset comes with a long corded dongle which you put the wireless usb pairing device which is amazing and I feel that this makes the headset the most reliable.This is an absolute must buy. I used to use the Razer Nari Essential. Now I main this headset because it’s higher quality.

I love the headphones Iâve had them for a week now the audio is great good bass and treble love the options to either raise or lower voice chat but the hyperspeed is acting up it will work for about 30 minutes then all audio will shut off and the only fix for it is to have someone on call on discord and the have audio constantly playing on the call from their end no other noise fixes it I might send my pair back for a replacement but I might just wait for a driver update to see if that fixes it. Also please add a way to mess with the rgb in Bluetooth mode

THESE HEADPHONES ARE HORRIBLE
First of, Iâve had razer headphones before( kraken v2) and those several year old headphones are way better than these overpriced garbage. They feel cheap and sound cheaper. I get constant static in wireless mode and sometimes sound nor the mic will work in wired mode. For 180 you can definitely find something better out there.

Far less than expected from Razer
The headset audio quality was superb, which for the price point, is to be expected. The cables were long enough to easily support passthrough usage which is a big plus in my book for wireless devices. The weight was not terrible, though a little on the heftier side, though that is mostly due to the on board battery. The mic, however, was utter garbage. After an hour of tweaking settings in synapse and trying to make it work well, the overall sound quality from the V4 was wildly inferior to my original Kraken 7.1 Chroma (assuming they’re V1s) wired headset. These were ultimately returned due to them being advertised as a gaming headset, but if your mic is trash, it’s useless as a headset. I expected so much better from Razer, especially considering my V1 Kraken headset is still going strong, it just really needs new ear pads as they’re worn out after almost 9 years of use.

Very comfortable to wear for longer periods of time, good battery life and the sound quality is great. For the price it is worth it. The built in EQ sliders in the Razer synapse app add a good touch of customization for someone who cares a lot about the specifics of the audio.

El producto funciona de maravilla al inicio, el audio es superior y la calidad de ensamble y materiales es suprema.Sin embargo, el micrófono que a pesar de tener un sonido increÃble también, dejó de funcionar a los dos meses de uso. Esto debido a que es retráctil y al principio es increÃble la comodidad pero con el uso diario (trabajo home office) se vuelve cada vez mas dificil retraerlo (se pone duro el mecanismo, pues) hasta que basicamente se queda el microfono afuera todo el tiempo.Me harté hasta meterlo a la fuerza y algo se rompió y ya no sirve más.Ni hablar, un genial producto con un mecanismo retráctil pésimo.PD el boton de MUTE no sirve a veces y eso es super peligroso para los que lo usamos para llamadas. De hecho dejé de confiiar en el a los dos dÃas después de eructar en una reunión de la empresa enfrente de todos.
