Make sure you know the amperage of your item!
I got this for a projector. It works as intended. I made sure that the adapter i got was powerful enough to do what I needed it to do. For the money it was worth it. The cords we were decently long as m DS the power supply build quality was good. Not much to say here other than I hope it lasts.

Works for Pandora’s Box DX arcade game console.
I bought this to replace the power supply for my Pandora’s Box DX arcade game console, because I lost the original one during a move, and it works great. It is noticeably shorter than the one that came with the console, but it still suits my needs, and you could always just add a $3 extension cord if you needed to, since it has a two (not three) prong plug. The Pandora’s Box console I have is the kind with two joysticks and two sets of buttons built into one box, which connects to your TV, so I’m not sure if it would work with other Pandora’s Box consoles or not (sorry if you’re looking for a power supply for a different Pandora’s Box – I just don’t know – there seem to be so many), but this works for the one I have, so I’m happy.

Ordered this up to replace a power supply I lost in a move, being no name from Amazon I promptly tested it with my multimeter only to find 12v .5 amp, thinking perhaps it would rise a little later. I left it plugged in for a few minutes and still it only tested at .5 amp, tried to power the device with this and it still failed to produce enough amperage to get it to turn on. Tried it under load and the best I could get out of this was 12v 1a. Waste of money and time.

I have a control unit for my camper that requires a connection to a 12V source to keep the battery charged over the winter. I looked as several car-type chargers, but decided I could use a 12V charger that works on several items. This popped up in the search and because the device uses a custom connector, the little dongle was perfect. I hooked up the wires and gave it a go and it works perfectly. The connection also works well with a bunch of different connectors in the drawer, so I’ll certainly be using this one a lot. Even ordered a second as backup.

Needed a small transformer to power a 12vdc motor. The female socket was a needed accessory so it was perfect for my needs. The description said used for low-voltage LED lights which makes me think about a duo purpose for it. Wish they offered additional female sockets.
