    Beware!!!
We followed all instructions when hooking it up to my husband’s new computer. It worked with old his graphics card just fine from his last computer. When we made sure everything was secured and checked everything we turned on the computer to test it and sparks came out of it. It fried everything. We are out 1,000+ dollars. We put his old graphics card in to try and rule out what happened and nothing came on we took out the graphics card in hopes it would boot to bios and nothing happened. Do not waste your money they are not testing them. We took a chance and are paying the price for it.

For 1440p, 144Hz Gaming, Strong GPU
Using this card for about 6 months, I’ve been able to play games and work on 3D projects easily. With the 2080 Super, I’m able to play just about anything at max settings with 100+ FPS. This works well with my Free-Sync monitor, which caps out at 144Hz (LG 27GN83A). No longer do I have to consider what ‘settings I need to tweak’ to get the performance – it’s all there already.Although its high performance, I do notice some games fail to maintain 144Hz+ on newer titles all the time (never seems to go below 100 however, so not much to complain about). This may be due to some other bottleneck in my system, and may not be the fault of the 2080S. On the other hand, an old school, competitive FPS game I play cranks out 999 FPS!Driver updates are easy – With the GeForce Experience app (running in the system tray at the bottom corner), new drivers are a click away. The best thing about the card is not having to think about graphic settings anymore. You open it up, set the level of detail you want, and you get a playable experience every time. If only it weren’t so much $$….

    Picture quality is excellent.
It’s obvious when comparing pictures of the one I received to the ones posted to Amazon there are different variants of the video card. On the one I received, the PCIe is wired mirror image to the one here and there is no green paint scheme . Not sure if the variations makes any difference in the performance of the card. It scored a solid “UFO” rating on UserBenchmark, and in real world applications it runs Windows Virtual Reality at the highest setting on the HP Reverb G2 with no issues. For the money, it’s a solid card for the intermediate gamer on a budget; however, if you have room in your case for a larger card, you might want to consider the GeForce 3070 TI. It is in the same price range and beats this card at every benchmark by an average 10%.

    Great card
This is a great card and served me extremely well while waiting for the price madness of RTX 3000 series to subside. In fact, it could handle everything I threw at it at 1440p and even my VR adventures with HP Reverb G2. It runs slightly hotter than some of my previous graphics cards, but it never thermal throttles and could be due to my case ventilation, plus it is a much more powerful card with ray tracing etc. Overall I’m very impressed with the MSI 2080 Super and it never gave me any hassles whatsoever.

    It’s Not Noisy….
So I have a little buyer’s remorse…This isn’t the greatest value for your money, there are other graphics cards out there for example the newer RTX that have the same price tag if not cheaper. This graphics card did not improve my gameplay one bit, and even a simple RAM upgrade improved my computer more than this thing…But at least it’s not noisy.

    DO NOT PURCHASE
I bought this back in march. When I received the package, the first red flag was the box being damaged. I finally put my pc together about a month ago and from the very first time I started it up, I was having GPU issues. I tried numerous methods to fix the issue but to no avail. The GPU is essentially bricked now and absolutely will not work. These were previously used for GPU mining and they might last a couple weeks before finally going out.
