It’s an HP Laptop – No Need To Say More!
We needed a new laptop as the old one died from old age; so we went and purchased the HP 15.6″ Portable Laptop with the HD Display and the Intel Quad-Core N200 Pro. We’re HP Laptop fans and know what to expect from HP – a quality, fast and light weight machine that will not be obsolete in a few years at a reasonable price. The laptop is fast, accepted all our programs and is exactly what we wanted. We recommend any HP computer – laptop or desktop – as you can’t go wrong with the exceptional quality and high tech features you get for the money. This laptop is well worth the money paid. . . highly recommended!

Great value!
This computer does everything that i needed it for.. I use it for everything except work as I am am retired. Use it take care of bill payments, bank reconciliation as well as for pleasure. It is fast when you are shopping in different sites and listening to music. My wireless headphones pair easily . It is also easy to set up when first starting out. I enjoy it and am pleased with my purchase. It has Microsoft Office so I don’t think doing work would be any problem.

Nice affordable HP laptop
Pretty easy to set up. Still trying to import Gmail to Outlook. Windows 11 takes a bit to get used to. However the set up and action tasks are superior to prior operating system. Thin and lightweight bonus came in my sons favorite color Arrived as promised on Christmas eve. Enough time to wrap and put under the tree.

original purchase was crushed by a vehicle before I opened it.
Had to reorder. they send me refurbished one… with problems. This HP OMEN has problems from the factory. The second one had audio issues.. volume would fade out so bad I could not hear it. Had to send in for repairs. Third one… I now have.. it too has volume issues.. just putting up with it so far.. it also has pad mouse control problems, seems to be common in this high end computer.. Mouse begins jumping and not responding… found a temp fix of FN and F10, but this is only temporary.. I expected a better computer for the $1800.00 spent on this machine. I had a samsong previously and never had this type of issues. After the third HP with problems, I would not recommend HP to my friends. Still under warrantee but tired of being without my computer for extended period of time while they try to find or fix the problems.. that should not have been there in the first place… same problem with two computers.. is not right.. I really never got the NEW computer which I ordered. ONly refurbished one and the warrantee was messed up aswell… they showed Me with a refurbised one when I originally purchased a new one. nightmare…

Love Hate
This is a good little computer and it’s an annoying little computer. It is good that it is light weight and easily slips into a knapsack with no noticeable weight increase. Watch the battery life, it drains rather quickly and is slow to charge. The unit also cannot be used at night, unless, and this is a big unless, you are a master of the keyboard. The reason I say this is because the keys do not light up. That is a big deal to me, because my last little laptop key’s lit up and I could continue to work into the night.Perhaps this is a new feature, or I haven’t figured out how to fix it, but the icons line up on the left side of the screen and do not save. Meaning, every time I want to go to Google, I have to manually type it in. I set Google as my default search screen and it always defaults to Bing, another thing I do not like. So, in the end, I believe this was a get what I pay for system. It’s good in that it’s light weight, the processing speed is awesome, but that could be my internet provider. I do not like how the websites that I go to on a daily basis do not save on a top rack that I can just click on. The keys do not light up and that is a big downer for me.2.5 stars for this unit, but I gave it three, because it really is a solid little computer, the set up is just not to my personal liking.
