Good Quality
I’m not saying this is the best phone on the market, but it is a cheap smart phone with all of the same features other smart phones have.The only negatives that a person would have with this phone are it’s low camera quality (which is equal to the average smart phone camera from 5yrs ago) and small storage space. However, I simply bought this phone to replace an identical model that I broke; so I was already familiar with those aspects of the phone…One of which can be solved with the simple purchase of a SD card.The quality aspect I’m referring to is the condition of the phone upon arrival…which was perfect! It had no scratches, no cracks, the phone turned on easily, and it works perfectly. Using the smart switch app I was able to move all my data in under an hour, and Verizon recognized the phone as my new device. And as an additional bonus the phone arrived a week early (meaning I recieved it 1 day after purchase)!I believe in spending more when necessary, but for a device that people: lose with easy, break easily, rarely use as an actual phone, and primarily use to browse the internet when they’re 5sec attention span is desperate for a fix…it’s the obviously amount people should be spending on a phone.

Don’t buy this phone product with a piece of junk the phone never worked
If you buy this phone when you get it home they won’t let you hook it up because the person who they bought it from they didn’t pay for it and they got a lock on it do not buy any phone from a third party I made a mistake having a hard time getting my money back

Works good. Charges quickly, lags from time to time. Seems to not want to connect to wifi at times. Touch screen works amazing. And Samsung always has awesome quality photos.

Well I got it yesterday but right now is going good, just that idk but i left it yesterday night charging at 15 𪫠now i check and is at 20 idk what is happening and also the phone It’s scratched by a side although it’s not that bad
Worked for one day and it was done bitem description is wrong or something. This don’t look the same as my old bulb. I don’t trust this sellers description of products –

Caution this phone is locked!!! Caution phone is pre-pay only!!! Waste of time and money!!!
Went to Verizon to activate after reading that you have to activate at a store so they can add a new sim card (written on a note slipped in the packaging not in the description), they followed your directions of trying a new sim card. Either way I wasted 2 hours trying to get the 100% (locked) phone activated. Also Verizons high up corporate tech support told us at the store over the phone it would only be able to be used as pre-paid only if we were able to send it back to get unlocked which also meant I couldn’t keep the same phone number. Now I also have to return the case and screen protectors I purchased for this specific phone, So frustrating!
