Quality cable in a very useful length.
This is a quality cable in a length that is very useful without being too long to pack in the backpack.I have used this cable to charge both my phone and my laptop (using a 65W Anker power adapter in both cases). It worked perfectly.The cable “feels” quality and is nylon wrapped, which gives a better feel than the normal plastic cables. It also seems to be strong. I pulled pretty hard on the metal of the USB C portion to see if it would separate from the sheath. I also pulled on the sheath to see if it would separate from the main cable. It passed with flying colors in both cases.For portability, this cable has the right amount of “bend”/flexibility without feeling cheap. I have a cable of the same length, but it is so rigid that it won’t coil tight enough to be unnoticeable in my backpack. I also have a plastic covered cord that is flexible, but feels cheap. This cable feels quality and coils such that it disappears in my backpack nicely.

Good for my laptop and my large power bank.
I needed some really powerful usb c to usb c cables because I have recently gotten my hands on a new laptop and would rather use the C cables instead of the one that comes with it. This way I can just hook it strait into my battery bank while I am outside or on the road. This will also be good once I upgrade my phones to the upcoming samsung galaxy s25 since I do not have any cables that will support till I grabbed these. I still need some power bricks but I guess I will pick some up for review at a later time. Just make sure these are flush into your power connectors as if its not solid your not going to get a good connection. Its also good to make sure your ports stay clean, you can use a small whisk like device to make sure no lint or build up is in them. That can effect charging and make it so you can’t get the full effect.

Great for charging, haven’t tried data
Having recently bought a new Acer laptop, I bought these cables to pair with a 65W fast charger to carry in a laptop bag, as the standard Acer charger that came with the laptop was one of those “weighty bricks”, with a 120V length of cord on one end and a fixed USB-C length of cord on the other. The 6-1/2 foot length cable gives about the same length as the standard charger.I have only tested these cables to deliver power and they work fine for that. They appear to be well-made with nylon braiding. Note that the product page clearly states that these are “charging cords” in the title and the more detailed description states again that these are charging cords, and are only USB 2.0 capable (480Mbps). So, don’t knock them for not being USB 3.x capable; they are not advertised as high-speed data cables.

These are fairly decent USB-C/C charging cables that are well-constructed and work as expected without issues. These are primarily for charging only although they do support data transfer albeit at a VERY slow rate of 480 Mbps (USB 2.0 spec). In addition, these do NOT support video output of any kind so if that’s what you are after, look elsewhere. Finally, they do NOT have any power/status LED, which is a bit of a bummer. All of these USB-C/C cables especially those that are capable of 100W or above should have some sort of status LED to indicate that the cable is being powered.They have aluminum alloy capped connectors similar to most others of similar design and style along with a typical nylon braided cord; however, the type of nylon used for these cables is relatively soft comparing to most others, which I do appreciate since that makes these slightly easier to work with, amongst other things.≡ Physical buildThe physical build quality of these USB-C/C cables is fairly decent and the connectors are fairly slim and compact which I do appreciate. They aren’t as fancy as those with a zinc alloy shell but build quality of the connector is amongst some of the best that I’ve come across and reviewed (100+).As aforementioned, these cables have a soft nylon braided cord and it’s noticeably better than just about all others with typical and sometimes rough nylon jacket which I’ve grown a bit weary to say the least. It’s nice to see that someone still care about the little things and these cables are a pleasure to work with in that regard.Last but not least, these cables do NOT have a power/status LED which is disappointing to say the least. I don’t need some fancy or elaborated LEDs as long as it has A LED indicator to let me know there is power. These would’ve been that much better if they have at least one LED on one of the connectors.≡ Video/data transferThese cables do NOT support any form of video output although they do support data transfer at 480 Mbps (USB 2.0 spec). As such, these cables aren’t really designed for external data enclosure or the alike although they would be just fine for USB flash drives etc (when they’re connected to a USB hub, for example). I don’t intend on using these for any sort of data transfer and no extensive tests are performed; however, a quick test does show that these are rated for 480 Mbps only (pic 10).≡ ChargingThese USB-C/C cables are specifically designed for charging since they’re rated for PD/240W and that’s what I care about as well, in no small part due to the number of high-powered devices that I have. As such, I’ve performed extensive tests (since that’s what matters to me the most) to makes sure they can handle at least 140W which is what I need them for and they do deliver (pic 3) on that claim without noticeable temperature increase, which is fairly decent.They’re able to provide 133.2W @ 5A which is quite comparable to most others with similar spec and length (i.e. 2 m/6.6 ft). They’re able to provide 140W @ 5.26A which (again) isn’t bad given the length of the cable. Btw, they have an internal resistance of roughly 154 mΩ (pic 4); not great but it’s slightly lower/better than many others at this length and that’s certainly a point in their favor.≡ ValueAll things considered, these are decent USB-C/C charging cables that are well-constructed and for the most part work as expected without issues; however, they don’t have power/status LED which is disappointing to see especially from a well-known company such as Acer. I do appreciate the soft nylon braided cord as well as slightly lower/better internal resistance (i.e. keep the temp low especially when running at high(er) wattage). They’re reasonably priced at $17 (for a 2-pack, 2 m/6.6 ft) for what they provide and their overall build quality, features, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.
