Great new Asus!
My last Asus made it 6 years before it finally couldnât go anymore. The packaging was standard laptop packaging. Itâs in new condition, no issues booting up, installing updates, or with the touchpad. Reboot is quick. Been in IT for over 25 years and see no issues out of the box. Display is crisp and clear. Overall happy!

great for school! not so much gaming
iâm a college student right now and this laptop is excellent for schoolwork. it holds battery without a charge for a long time (a few days!) and is quick and lightweight. for gaming, itâs not the best but thatâs okay because itâs not meant for gaming.

VERY DISAPPOINTING…POOR QUALITY!!!
After 30days of use, this ASUS laptop stopped allowing us to connect to ANY wireless WiFi. We looked up all videos and NOTHING worked to troubleshoot and to fix this issue. The ASUS technical support team had us wipe it clean to try and reinstall programs but obviously wouldn’t work due to not able to connect to any WiFi. Leaving us with a completely useless laptop!!! ASUS company REFUSED to provide us a replacement as we purchased through a 3rd party on Amazon. The return policy from the 3rd party company that this shipped through on Amazon was TOO short for the price of the laptop and therefore wouldn’t help us either. Thankfully the warranty company [Asurion] is willing to take it and attempt to repair and if unrepairable, they will refund the money we spent on the laptop. My advice is BEAWARE when buying ANY technology!!!

Excellent condition
The setup was very easy. Now I just have to learn the upgrade of a new windows edition. I am very happy with the comfort of the keyboard and the speed of the system. The battery seems to last for a good amount of time, which I realize is relevant to the needs of individual users. It works for me.

Beautiful screen
My daughter helped me figure out the setup because Iâve only used Apple for the last 15 years. Once she helped me through the screen is much easier to work with. I love having it.
