Best LG HBS Model!
I love this specific model headset and hope it lasts longer than previously purchased models. Tone quality is great for listening to music and audio. Calls on receiver side are crisp/clear. Callers report good sound on their side as well. At this time I would recommend this headset but would like to reserve full judgement until I’ve owned it for at least 9 months.

Good product
We own 2 of them and I have had them for a year vs others at the same price they are very nice to have and my wife had to have one as well. They stay on your neck and you almost forget they are there and the retractable feature is great. Speaker phone on the set allows media to be played if you use amazon music or other services its awesome.

My husband gave me these and I absolutely love them! The speaker feature is my favorite. The only problem with mine is only one of them worked. The one speaker is loud enough by itself for me but LG will repair them or replaced them free. They do come with a one year warranty. The only thing that stopped a 5 star rating for me is they do not have a retractable button.

Great headset!
These are the best wireless headsets available. I get extremely good reception with 45 to 50 ft between me and my phone before I lose reception. Battery life is absolutely awesome as I get a full day I’m listening to music at full blast while I mow lawns and my battery is nowhere near dead at the end of the day.

Poor Sound Quality
I had bought LG’s headset @ Amazon before and was satisfied not only with the fit of the earbuds but mostly in general for the sound quality. Even though this was a refurbished item I decided to take the chance since it was from Amazon. Again my previous experience with LG’s had been always a positive one except for this headset. I cannot find a way to increase the volume which is so low that you can hear people, cars, noises, etc. over whatever it is that I’m listening. Then there’s the problem with the bass. There’s absolutely NONE. I’m using a Samsung Galaxy 8+ and had tried every single trick to make it sound fuller and louder to no avail. I feel like I had wasted my money in what I thought I was getting a great deal comparing the original price of this refurbished headset. I was so wrong. By the way, I’m a professional musician and I’d been around music for practically all my life so I know a little bit about what I’m talking about.

I have worn out 3 pair of these. I love the external speaker
The sound quality is pretty good. They are not very water resistant but ride well in a gym. I often forget they are on my neck. Very comfortable
