Excellent Sound and Impressive Quality!
I recently got my hands on the JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds, and they have quickly become my go-to pair for everything from workouts to work calls. Hereâs why they stand out:Sound Quality: The sound is exceptional, with deep bass and clear mids and highs. Whether Iâm listening to music, podcasts, or taking calls, the audio is crisp and immersive. JBL never disappoints when it comes to delivering great sound.Noise Cancellation: The active noise cancellation (ANC) feature is a game-changer, especially in noisy environments. It effectively blocks out background noise, allowing me to focus on my music or calls without distractions. The ANC is adjustable, which is a nice touch for when you want to be aware of your surroundings.Call Quality: With 6 built-in mics and VoiceAware technology, call quality is top-notch. The person on the other end hears me clearly, even in windy or noisy conditions. I appreciate the clarity and consistency of the calls, which is essential for work.Fit and Comfort: The earbuds are designed with a secure fit in mind, and they stay in place even during intense workouts. They come with multiple ear tip sizes, so itâs easy to find the perfect fit. Theyâre also comfortable to wear for extended periods, which is a big plus.Battery Life: The battery life is impressive, with hours of playback time even with ANC turned on. The charging case provides additional charges, making it easy to keep them powered up on the go.Design: The sleek and modern design looks great, and the build quality feels premium. The touch controls are intuitive and responsive, making it easy to adjust settings or skip tracks without pulling out my phone. Conclusion: Overall, the JBL Reflect Aero True Wireless Earbuds are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for high-quality sound, effective noise cancellation, and reliable call performance. Really bad
The sound quality for music is TERRIBLE. Which was fine, because I had bought these for Zoom calls for work. They were supposed to have an excellent microphone. Coworkers report crackling from my audio. No combination of tips & fins got these to fit my ears well. When you drop the buds in the case they continually disconnect from charging and will stay connected to my device, thus they are always on. They often loose connection with the charging nubbies, and just stay on. So they are dead all of the time. Doesn’t matter how carefully you seat them in the case, as soon as you move/tip/carry the case around, it looses that connection. So they are always unexpectedly dead. I tried to give it some time to see if I could figure out how to work arpund all of the issues. By the time I gave up, I was 1 day past Amazon’s 30 day return window. I’m trying to get the manufacturer to atleast exchange them. But I paid $100 for these and it was not worth it at all. This is exactly what I’d expect from $20 headphones. I paid a lot more and I expected a lot more. Won’t be purchasing electronic things from Amazon anymore…30 day return window is a ripoff.

While the headphones sound and fit alright, the app is tremendous garbage and doesn’t work
I have a pair of Soundcore headphones, and their app does exactly what it’s supposed to do. All the features work, including the hearing test-related things. Unfortunately, they don’t fit me well. I decided to try these JBLs in spite of the negative reviews. I should have stayed away. While the headphones paired immediately with my Android Pixel 7, and the app detected them and showed me the various settings, the quick start/setup procedure failed absolutely. There is a “fit check” process where the headphones play sounds into your ears and analyze what’s going on to determine if you have the best possible seal. After literally over an hour of adjustment, diddling, adjusting, changing accessories, and more, I was never able to reliably get the app to report “Good Seal.” You might think, “No big deal!” But you would be wrong because “Good Seal” is a requirement for the noise cancellation (ANC) test to work correctly. The headphones can perform an ear canal analysis in order to best adjust the ANC properties to your individual ears. That would be great. Except, the inability to get the app to think my earphones had a good seal meant that I could not complete the set-up process. After another hour with JBL customer support, who was moderately helpful, a full delete/clear/reset still did not improve the result. So, I decided that the headphones were defective and returned them to Amazon. I did not ask for a replacement set, and I will not be trying other JBL headphones of this type, which is a shame because they make great speakers.

Yep. My advise . Skip this ear buds , sound quality okay . The trouble started when battery started draining 30% plus percentage per hour . Figure that out . Thatâs less than three hours . For only music . Every other function off . In very quiet surroundingsUpdate as of 29th July .Left ear bud battery drained to almost zero within an hourSecond update : 30 July 2024. Left earbud has died completelyUpdate : 28th August 2024. Right ear bud almost close to failing . Only twenty minutes before drained fully from full charge .I think I got a defective product from JBL . Right from the beginning . Only had maximum about four hours plus of power from full charge just listening to music while running in quiet conditions . And itâs almost worthless now. Only six months of use .

I returned these earbuds for two issues:1. There was no way to fit the left earbud securely in my left ear in a way that the seal was good, or that it wouldn’t fall out. There are three plug sizes and three wing sizes that you are given, nine possible combinations of sizing. I tried all of these and none worked securely.2. The left bud docking station did not charge my earbuds when I placed them in the docking pod. These are known issues with the product per the reviews of others.I purchased these because they were well rated by wirecutter. I much preferred wirecutter’s previous exercise earbud selection, the Plantronics Backbeat, and would recommend those instead.
