    Great for post-op continuous icing
This was a great product. I used it after knee surgery when continuous ice was ordered. Very easy to use – even without help. My knee healed up very quickly

    CAUTION – Do Not purchase!!!
The image and description are deceptive. I wanted the motorized version for my knee replacement and called Amazon the day it was delivered to return it. After an hour on the phone, I was told by the Amazon representative that the product was “non-returnable.” I was forced to rent a better machine at considerable expense. This machine will not work for a knee replacement or any other serious medical issue. You are better off with reusable ice packs, and I was very disappointed with Amazon’s response to my inquiries.

    Works with effort
I got this for my knee …..it’s more convenient than an ice-pak, however, the coldness doesn’t last that long and I have to repeatedly keep recirculating cold water into the brace by flushing out the warm water and replacing with new cold water from the jug (gravity)……I probably wouldn’t purchase again

Best purchase ever for post surgery
This cooler and refillable ice pack is fabulous.
The last thing I wanted to do while recovering from surgery was deal with ice packs & leg wraps as I couldn’t easily get around. The cooler keeps a supply of ice water cold so I could easily refill the brace / ice pack on my own for hours of relief.

    Expensive….but it works!
I just had knee replacement surgery and I use a lot of ice packs during the days. This thing works great! No leaking, stays cold for a long time, super convenient. Much easier than having 20 ice packs in the freezer.
The only cons- cost and they don’t let you choose the “ice pack” that it comes with.

    Aircast Cryo Cuff Knee Awesome
Wonderful product, Had one for 20 years, got worn out so bought another and absolutely love it! It really works and is so much better than ice packs for inflammation. Well made and durable. Can’t say enough great things about it! Get one, you will not regret it!

    The cuff is Too Small
The description didn’t tell you the size of the cuff. I was using a friends who had a large which worked perfect for my husband. But I got a medium which is too small. But this does work great if it is the right size

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS!!! FALSE ADVERTISING AT IT’S BEST!!!!
1st picture is what is listed on Amazon. The picture shows that it is AC operable which will allow the cuff to compress/decompress. The second picture is what we received nothing on the site states anything about the unit NOT being AC operable and of course for whatever ignorant reasons they will not allow you to return the item. OH I know why you can’t return it…..because it is all a SCAM!!! For some people this may seem insignificant…but for my family this is huge as we are now out money that we cannot get back that would allow us to buy a different unit! Shame on Amazon and shame on this company!!!!!
