Doesnt connect to external monitors thru the USB-C port
This laptop claims (and has) a USB-C port. But it will not allow us to connect to external monitors.

PIA to stop Microsoft’s complete control!
The laptop itself is great! Lightweight, touchscreen and battery life are all great! However, disabling Microsoft from having complete control was a PIA!It was beyond frustrating as I had difficulty installing any programs like Adobe, etc. because Microsoft only wants their software applications used. I got so frustrated trying to disable their control and utilize other software. After solving that issue, I then find out that the perks they offer are no longer available because I was purchasing other software that were not Microsoft based. Additionally, of course all of the programs are only trials so if you download anything from your old laptop that included the Microsoft software programs, you need to purchase all new software and there are monthly fees with all of them! So overall it was a frustrating experience and costly purchase!

Too limited
It’s an okay computer BUT Windows 10 S has to be defeated to make it useful and there is a severely limited number of ports… like NO AUDIO JACK, no LAN port, ONE USB etc. My mistake was that I needed a Lap Topto use as a desktop. This is almost a pure, self-contained Lap Top. This computer is being donated to my mom and I’ll get a desk top. Correctin: it does have an audio jack.
