First time I ever bought refurbished laptop, and I can’t be more disappointed. This product is selling at significantly lower price than the brand new one ($1499 vs $1750 brand new), so I made a huge mistake to buy this.When I first opened the package, I found two issues.1. Device cannot be turned on.I charged the device for at least 2 hours (I figured two hours is more than enough) and still does not turn on. Battery cable indicator was lit, so there is no problem with power source or power-charing cable. I followed the direction provided by microsoft when device isn’t turned on ([…] and even asked for Microsoft support. It simply does not turned on. Refurbished laptops should be tested before customer receives, but apparently mine did not.2. Surface Pen.It came with Surface Pro 3 pen (blue), when surface book comes with surface book specific pen (silver). Why would they provide me a wrong item? Did they not think that I would notice it?? Surface Pro 3 pen cannot be attached to the side of the laptop since it does not have a magnet..Submitted a refund just now, and they better refund my money back.

There is a few small glitches when docking and un-docking …
There is a few small glitches when docking and un-docking but they work them selves out in a few seconds.

Battery broken not properly refurbished
Do not buy from this seller. The battery in mine was defective. The tablet battery would not charge. I took the device to a microsoft store and they told me it was in a non standard box and that they would not replace it. Waste of time.

Disappointed
Very disappointing… Unit arrived with third party charger that didn’t work… Tablet would not separate from base… Internal speakers did not work… Only upside was that Microsoft replaced the unit under warranty… I question “factory refurbished”… Buyers beware!

It didnt start and they didnt have a replacement, had to buy a new one.
