BEWARE THIS LAPTOP
The HP Envy is a solid laptop and I would recommend them any day. However this laptop has been upgraded by the seller to 64 GB of RAM but the manufacturer documented specifications says this laptop supports a maximum of 32 GB of RAM. This will result in HP voiding the warranty on this device. I bought one of these and 4 months later it died. After reaching out to HP for repair and being told that the warranty was void due to the seller upgrade, I reached to Amazon and asked for a refund since it was only 4 months old. They told me to send it back and then the seller charged me a $865 restocking fee. Stay far away from this device and the seller PC Online or you will regret it

Nice Laptop Sold by a Good Vendor
I purchased this laptop to replace my six-year-old laptop that no longer could sustain battery life and needed to be plugged in all of the time. This laptop arrived quickly and was easy to set up. It is much faster than my previous laptop since I went from 12 GB memory to 64 GB memory. It has plenty of storage, and I’m hoping to use this laptop for the next ten years. I love the two-and-one feature since I can use it as a tablet. It came with stylus, which I haven’t used before. The stylus is pretty cool, though I was afraid I’d lose it. I was delighted to find out that a magnet in the stylus attaches it to the side of the laptop. I’ve moved from a traditional HD to an SDD; this laptop is so much quieter than my old one and stays cooler.Regarding my actual purchase, I bought my laptop during the early Black Friday sales when there was only one of these laptops left and the restock date was in January 2024. So, this information gave me a sense of urgency about buying it right away. I was surprised to see that five days later, the cost of laptop had dropped $150 and that suddenly there were ten laptops in stock. I contacted the vendor to see if I could get a price adjustment. The vendor immediately responded to me, contacted the sales department, and said the price difference would be refunded. Then, I got an email from my Amazon account saying a refund of $159.99 had been made to my account. The vendor had also funded the tax, giving me a larger refund than I had requested. I’m amazed at how quickly the vendor responded; from the time I first contacted them to the time I received my refund was only six hours. I love my new laptop, and I think the vendor gave me great customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.

Laptop came not working
I received the laptop and it would not boot properly. It had a rock type thing on the screen. There is no way to get a hold of Amazon except through their automated crap which does not help. I did finally get a hold of the vendor and had to make sure I filled out a replacement thing with Amazon which I did a few times and a damaged one a few times as well. I finally returned the laptop to the vendor and am waiting to get a credit or a replacement laptop. Returning is a pain and a waste of my time to get nothing but charged for it. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks! Pathetic!

BUYER BEWARE. I bought this computer as an addition to my 11th Gen HP Envy, which is a fantastic computer. THIS computer, though, is NOT what it is stated to be. I contacted support with screenshots and details on the errors, connectivity issues, as well as slowness of the computer, and it gets hot when running. I have never had a new computer have these issues right out of the box. Upon letting the seller know their computer was defective and supplying the screenshots of proof they asked for, they said I would have to contact HP directly. Good luck getting your money back on the defective products they sell. Also, I failed to see the overall seller reviews, as they apparently have many complaints about the faulty items they sell.I contacted HP, and they let me know that the reseller customized this computer. They could not help me get a refund, and I had to pay extra to have them assist me with getting a whole new operating system installed on this “brand new” computer. So, on top of getting a faulty computer from a PC Online seller, I have to pay extra to fix it right out of the box. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation by purchasing from a reputable retailer. DO NOT BUY FROM PCONLINE.
