Laptop stopped working after 3 months of purchase

Inspect the electronic yourself.
I really love this brand and the laptop is great works great the only thing is that has no sound and there’s no volume at all. Not even connecting a cable speaker or a Bluetooth speaker. Not reliable when you have to make some video conference calls. I’m returning this one and ordered another one hopefully it will be working. If not will be returned too.

I got the laptop, sadly the audio drive is missing and can’t use sound or hear. Also, can’t download my own driver since it’s missing. Windows was 7 and not 11. Had to update that. Would be nice but missing audio pretty big thing.
