Great computer
I’m not a gamer and I didn’t need tech support so I didn’t rate those. I love this computer. The tower itself was spotless when it arrived. Not a scratch, dent or mark on it.Setup was simple and quick. I work from home and needed something much faster than my dying old Windows 7 computer that I was using. This computer is very fast, runs very smoothly and is so quiet.Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Immediately added a graphics card for gaming
This computer is my new gaming machine, because the “gaming console” industry wants to charge everybody monthly fees.Contrary to some other reviewers’ experiences, mine came with a little electrostatic envelope taped to the side with the USB wifi device inside. I plugged it into one of the back USB ports and ta-da, working wifi!The built-in graphics interface only supports directx 10.1 and does not include HDMI. I had to add a graphics card (low profile because full-height won’t fit; I used a VisionTek Radeon 5450 2GB and removed the bracket) before I could play Elder Scrolls Online. Even with the graphics card, it was still about half the price of a PS4. Great value for the money.The included keyboard is kind of cheesey. With the legs extended, the 4 support points are not coplanar, so it wobbles like a table with one leg shorter than the other three. But it works, as does the mouse.

Wow–so much better than I anticipated!
The computer was in much better condition than I anticipated and it runs so well! It took me about ten minutes to set up and I know absolutely nothing about computers. When I first set it up it didn’t ask for a product key. However, the second time I turned it on it prompted me to ‘activate windows’. This process was incredibly easy to do and it worked just fine the first time I tried.The only thing I was unhappy with was the mouse. It didn’t work at all. But I had another at home, so no biggie.I’ve had the computer for a couple of days and it runs amazingly. It’s fast, doesn’t lag, turns right on, etc.

Nice computer
For what I do on a computer (web programming, office stuff, some gaming) this computer works just fine. Much faster and better than my old computer (which was a 32 bit machine).I was able to install Debian 9 linux on it (in a separate partition from the windows 10). It works fine.Windows 10 works fine, though, it did automatically install display drivers when I first started the machine.I’m able to play older games fine like, Crysis just fine, that my older computer wouldn’t of been able to work with (efficiently).

this computer was NOT refurbished or renewed
Computer arrived in a box that was barely taped. It did have good internal support. The computer itself was dirty and nasty. (not talking about expected scratches; just had not even been cleaned with a liquid spray. A USB dongle from a remote mouse or whatever was still in the back of machne. It did not have a VGA cord or any other to hook to the monitor. And this thing is so old that it did not have HDMI port (did not notice that in the ad). My monitor does not have VGA. I had to buy a male USB to female HDMI adaptor to hook them up. When i did the machine, although powered up did not work. I took the guys advice and checked all connections inside machine. everything was intact. He did have a nice card telling me to contact them with problems but i felt that this machine was junk that should have been discarded so i am sending it back for a refund. I will pay more next time and get a better quality product. I know that for $130 i should not expect much, but i would expect at least a basic machine that works.

GREAT utility machine great price
I bought this to work from home, its a solid machine, not high end by any means but really nice and dependable. I added a graphics card ($45) and it took it to another level. you can not buy a better computer for under $200. you just can’t. with the graphics card addition, I am able to game on it as well. Highly recommended. UPDATE.. after daily use for going on 9 months.. this thing is a workhorse.. I have put it through its paces, gaming, hacking, etc.. and it just keeps going… it runs a little warm when gaming for a while.. I added a $7 fan and it NEVER goes above 44c… Highly recommend.

Came earlier than expected.
It’s a good price however, I cannot set up dual monitors. Says the device can’t project, code 45 and doesn’t detect. Both monitors work fine but it only duplicates the picture. Won’t allow me to project. I don’t know if that’s an issue with Windows or the device. It’s really irritating. I’m thinking about returning it. Not sure yet. Packaging was good. Started with no problem.

Nothing fancy. Perfect for a child
This was to be my work computer but since COVD19 and school is from home now, I gave it to my granddaughter.The only thing about tower is it didnât come with Windows 10, Granddaughters dad called and was instructed to send back. Didnât have time to send back so we just bought OS.She has not complained about tower so Iâm guessing itâs fine.Gaming, I doubt it unless youâre playing cards nothing thatâs going to take masses amounts of space. Its perfect for a 3rd grader and worth the money for what she needs to do.
