I will NEVER buy a brand new phone again….this phone is fantastic!
I’m so glad I bought this phone. I just don’t need to have the ultimate newest phone model when a new iteration of one comes out – I picked this one up for about $220 and it came in absolutely stunning, flawless condition. It was indeed in “Excellent” condition as advertised in the item description. The screen has a mirror sheen to it; no smudges or marks at all. The rest of the phone looks equally pristine – frankly, the phone just looks brand new, only it didn’t come with it’s original box. I got it fired up and used the Smart Switch app to bring over all of my data, contacts, wallpapers, configurations, etc from my old Galaxy S10. Super easy. The battery on this phone is a tank – I’ve been screwing around on my phone and listening to hours and hours of podcasts all day (18 hours) and I still have 40% left on my battery – and this is following a day of HEAVY and consistent use. The usb port is snappy and secure. This is now the second time I have purchased a “renewed” phone from Amazon, and both times, I have been positively delighted. If you want to save $400 or more and enjoy a strong and powerful phone, this is the way to go!

Phone arrived unable to be registered with any carrier
The physical phone is great- solid condition, reset to factory, and came with the tools to install my own sim card.The issue is the phone is unable to be registered at all due to Tmobile putting a block on the imei from an outstanding balance. This feels like a pretty serious oversight for a company who is selling a refurbished cell phone.

I purchased this as an upgrade to my Galaxy S10e and I love it! There are a few little functions that I miss from my old phone but nothing major. Also very impressed with the camera on this unit. Thank you so much for a wonderful product!

Phone came in excellent condition and worked almost instantly
Bought refurbished phone and it arrived in excellent condition. Just some minor cosmetic damage on one side of the case, which would be covered up by a protective case anyway so it was not a big deal.After charging the phone to 100% I was able to take my esim from my existing T-Mobile phone and put it into this one and it worked perfectly fine. Highly recommend for T-mobile network users looking for a decent upgrade if their phone is from pre-2022

This IS NOT a T-mobile product. When the cellphone is turned on, no pink screen or ANYTHING that indicates that it’s a T-mobile cellphone! I SPECIFICALLY made this purchased because it was advertised as a T-mobile cellphone!!!

El paquete llegó con la llave para insertar la tarjeta SIM, además con una funda, mica y cargador para el celular. Bastante bueno para ser un reacondicionado, no tiene ninguna falla y está prácticamente nuevo. La baterÃa no le dura tanto como otros pero sà aguanta un dÃa.
