I Can’t Live Without It
I bought this thinking it would be much smaller and when it arrived I sort of laughed because it’s huge. Oddly, however, it’s become something I can’t live without and I’m always carrying it around with me without a care for the size. It takes a long while to charge up, sometimes many hours, but it holds charge and the number of things that can be plugged in at once is not only impressive, but it’s come in handy many many times. I bought this to travel around Iceland and while everyone else on the trip had their chargers, due to the cold when hiking in winter, their phones tended to deplete much more rapidly and soon we found we were all plugged into the RETMSR Portable Charger. There are enough ports to charge three phones and headphones at the same time. I won’t travel without it.

A good battery backup.
This item works very well. I have been using this item for over a year now and it still works perfectly. I definitely recommend it as a great battery backup for school or office. Note. This does NOT fast charge and it will NOT fast charge any device. It’s all trickle charge.

Lots of recharges
Although this is a little larger and heavier than other spare batteries for cell phones, it will recharge my Android and my partner’s iPhone multiple times each. On long trips, this allows me to keep my phone on and Blue toothed to the car’s sound system while she plays games on her phone for hours. Not as compact as less powerful batteries, but worth the extra size and weight when multiple recharges are desired.

Works great to power a GoPro Hero 7.
The GoPro Hero 7 is notorious for having garbage thermals that make using it with the built in battery next to impossible. They overheat super fast and it kills the battery in less than an hour, and if you try to use it plugged in with the battery, the GoPro itself will overheat and shut down.My solution is to take the battery out completely, and use this battery bank to power it on. It works flawlessly.Battery life seems phenomenal so far. It IS a huge battery pack, but the battery life has to come from somewhere. It feels built very well, and I am very happy with it so far.

Worked well for a year and a half then died.
Worked as advertised. It low to medium use. I travel for work and prefer using this to charge my android phone and IPad as opposed to foriegn power supplies with plug adapters. It died on a trip.The power button doesnot turn on the LED power level lights or the flashlight. I never used the flashlight. Shorter life span than expected. When I tryto charge itniw, a steady red LED comes on. It used to show the 4 blue power LEDs. 4 being a full charge. If it was low, only one or two or three would light up with the next one blinking as it charged.

It’s at most 15000mAh, which would be good if it was the actual advertised capacity.This is juste a lie. It appears to discharge as expected according to the led indicators, however when it reaches 50% (2 leds on) it just shuts down.
