    Well worth the money!
The phone was in perfect condition! We’re very happy with the condition of the phone and it’s performance so far. Girlfriend uses Cricket wireless and we got it working with zero issues too. Only bumber was that it comes with a standard universal non-turbo charger, but that’s an easy & cheap add-on order.

    very bad phone
I bought this phone as a replacement to my original moto that I bought in 2017, I have had this refurbished phone in January and started having the same trouble that I had with my original moto in 2017. I just went to return this phone and it said I couldn’t return it as of May 1, 2019. I bought a new samgsung on April 30th and I have been working on transferring all my stuff from the the moto Z droid to the samsung, as the battery on my moto is stupid, it shuts off every time you try to use it. I even had the added moto mod battery for extra battery power and it didn’t help it took me 6 days to get all my photos, contacts, videos, etc to my new samsung. I would tell anyone thinking of buying a moto Z droid NOT TO BUY THIS PHONE IT’S NOTHING BUT aggravation and DOESN’T WORK CORRECTLY FOR LONG AT ALL. My original moto started acting up back in 2017, so i bought the moto mod battery and it helped for a bit, but then just kept shutting down. So I then bought the refurbished unit and it only lasted 2 months before it started shutting down during use and not staying charged at all. DO NOT BUY A MOTO Z DORID

Ordered this phone my mistake; got full refund
I ordered this phone my mistake and received a full refund. This phone is the Moto Z Droid Edition XT1650-01. I really wanted the Moto Z Droid Force Edition 1650-02. The difference is that the 1650-02 has the larger battery and a more powerful camera lens. The phone was as described. It arrived in the stated time. It was packed very well. Easy to return for full refund of purchase price.

    Cuts off calls
The phone has great features. Love it! But it kept shutting off for no reason. When I was talking on it or trying to answer a call. I had to return it as I used it for business (am a realtor) and I couldn’t get through a conversation without being cut off.

Color is different than pictured, but overall a great purchase for this chronic OS flip-flopper.
Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase, though I want to clarify one point for people interested in this particular item. The phone pictured is the Moto Z Play Droid, even though the listing is for the Moto Z Droid – the latter of which does NOT come in the white color pictured, and is actually gold (such as depicted in this listing: Motorola Moto Z Droid Force XT1650-02 Gold/White 32GB – Verizon). That wasn’t a deal-breaker for me, as I’d have still ordered it anyway, but I was a bit disappointed, as I would have preferred the Z Droid in the Z Play Droid white.Anyway, as for the phone itself: I’ve primarily been an iPhone user for years, though I’ve owned a few Windows Phones and Android devices over the past few years. I’ve been using an iPhone 7 Plus as my daily driver, though prior to that I owned an S6 Edge Plus, and and iPhone 6 before THAT. So I’m a bit of a gadget geek, as well as a platform whore…..lol.Rather than ramble on, I wanted to break down some Pros and Cons:Pros:* Came with a Moto Mod “cover” even though it wasn’t listed as being included* Device was in near-mint condition. Truly excellent.* Device is VERY thin and light – particularly coming from an iPhone 7 Plus* Phone is gorgeous and definitely has that “premium” look to it.* Fingerprint reader is VERY fast – I’d say as fast, if not faster than, that on the iPhone 7. Nearly instant.* Moto’s version of Android is very close to stock, which I prefer. Very fluid overall.* Easier to use one-handed than an iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus/7 Plus.* More customization of notifications, with more custom sounds readily available for free (see Zedge app on the Play Store)* Shortcuts such as double-click power to launch camera and “chop twice” to launch the flashlight are very handy.Cons:* Battery life is average at best. Moto Mods available to make this a non-issue, but at a not-insignificant cost.* Camera is good, but not great; my iPhone 7 is noticeably better in lower-light situations, as well as when taking photos of fast-moving kiddos.* Notifications on Android take some getting used to when coming from iOS. Having to rely on the app to customize notification sounds is a bit tedious at first, and there are no badge indicators on app icons such as text messages, Facebook, Twitter, Email, etc. Custom launchers can potentially address this, but this shouldn’t be required IMO.Overall, this was a great purchase, getting a flagship-level device at a fraction of its original price in like-new condition. Will I still be using it 2 years from now? No, as no phone lasts me that long. But I’m also not rushing to dig my iPhone 7 Plus back out of the drawer any time soon.

all of these phones are bad , the have no battery life, the batteries in these hones are not replaceable and the phone is no longer made so all these batteries are bad . They need o quit selling these,I ordered $ of these phones and even from different companies and they are all bad, Amazon is starting to get a bad reputation.

    Battery Issues
I bought this phone in October 2017. Had it for about 11 months and all was working fine, then in September 2018 the phone started behaving odd. I charge the battery to 100% but whenever I try to do ANYTHING on the phone (make a call, send a text, etc.) it immediately shuts down and claims that it is dead. I can ONLY use this phone when it is plugged in which makes it next to useless.
