Excellent product and even better customer service
Product is quality made. Sturdy materials and works exactly as advertised. Very easy to assemble and then just plug it in. Keeps my iPhone 16 pro max charged while Iâm at my office desk but the cooling system helps keep the temp down and phone safe. I use it for FaceTime and teams calls all the time while itâs on the charger as the stand sits up at the perfect angle while I sit at my office desk. And I can charge up my ear pods and watch simultaneously and VERY quickly.Of note, the cooling fan is silent but it does give off a very low light glow. You can really only see it at night when the lights in the room are off. I originally had it on my night stand as I like to use my phone as a clock and alarm but ended up moving it to my office as I just need it very dark when sleeping. So I just ordered the ESR system without the cooling abilities and it works great too, but with no light and no fan. I moved the cooling system item to my office where I use it more there anyway.And ESR has great customer service too. I had asked them if there was a way to turn the light off. They responded quickly telling me there wasnât a switch for the light and apologized for the inconvenience. I knew when I bought it that it had a light so, no surprise or inconvenience. But they were very understanding and extremely kind, even offered a bonus incentive as they didn’t want me to feel inconvenienced. Absolutely some of the best customer service I had given the thousands of online purchases Iâve made.Thank you ESR! Youâve got a new favorite fan.

Exactly as described. Iâm not one of those âUnboxing Experienceâ people, but unboxing this was amazing. Everything was neatly packaged, wrapped to protect, and separate. The quality of this charger is out of this world! Charges fast, quality material, slim and sleek, very stylish and very sturdy. The magnets are very strong, keep my watch in place and my phone mounted, with a case. It literally pulls my phone out of my hand and aligns it in place by itself. I love the standby mode, it makes a world of difference using it as an alarm clock, makes so much more room on my night stand. I was torn between this and the Belkin or Anker. Iâm so glad I chose this one, you will be too.

Solid, Well-Built Charger Stand – Just Wish the Phone Mount was Adjustabe
The stand is a work of art, with a classy matte white plastic finish and an aluminum (or aluminum-like) support column. And the unboxing is an origami treat.Due to the innovative rear placement of the removable watch charger, the footprint of this unit is truly minimal. I really like the ability to plug the watch charger into a USB-C port on my laptop when traveling.A soft unobtrusive blue ring light comes on when the phone is charging, and I can feel the movement of air from the fan. The base is heavy and the magnetic clamp to the phone is extremely strongâI actually have to work a little bit to pry my iPhone 16 Pro Max off the stand. And this is through a medium-weight MagSafe-compatible silicon case.The only shortcoming is the non-adjustable angle of the phone mount. I knew this when I ordered the product but decided to take a chance. I bought the stand for use on my bedside table. Due to the relative height of the stand, mattress and table, the phone sits higher than I like and the viewing angle from my bed is not optimal. If I could tilt the phone downward everything on the screen would be easier to see. Your setup and viewing preferences may of course vary. If I place this stand on my desktop, the height and viewing angle are perfect.Even with this limitation, I really love this stand. It brings me joy.

MrWhoseTheBoss suggested this product, and I love it. It certainly does keep your phone much cooler than compared to the standard Apple Magsafe.It’s very high quality, weighty, and sturdy. I was shocked with the build quality due to the price tag being this low.Having your phone able to be horizontal and pointing at you is great for bedtime or working. I do wonder if the charger would somehow benefit from having a tiltable mount, so that you can point your phone in more than one orientation.Lastly, the removable watch charger is great for people who have the watch. I just used it for my airpods once to see if it worked. You could benefit from being able to just plug it in anywhere(USB-C) if you wanted to travel with it. Haven’t done that, I just leave it at home on the charger.I wish I would have gone with the black version, but that’s just a personal preference. Definitely pick this up, just for how much you can charge with the price tag.

Sturdy qi2 3-in-1 charger on night stand or desk
The magnets are strong and the cooling effect makes it stand out from other brands. My phone never becomes hot and I can sleep peacefully without worrying about overheating or overcharging. Only negative is the blue light around cooling fan. There is no off switch like previous models and initially I felt little disturbed, but got used to it now. Overall I liked this product in terms of quality, durability and charging speed (qi2).

Slow charging, squeaky fan, unusable
I have generic magsafe stands that charge much quicker than this at less than half the price. No excuse for it to charge at 3.8w. If that wasn’t bad enough, the fan squeaks quite a bit. My devices don’t heat up at all when using it, which I suppose is a bonus, but with the lack of charging power, I would hope there wouldn’t e any heat issues.I have other ESR products and they work great, but this one seems to be a dud.

It is exactly as advertised. It keeps my phone cool while charging and itâs fast! The watch and AirPod charging do not have the cooling feature. I do notice that the watch gets a bit warm due to the fast charging. I also like the minimalist design that takes up very little space. I wonât take it with me traveling as Iâm afraid the stand might break though it looks pretty sturdy.

I was super impressed when I opened this. Good, solid quality. Only 1 cable coming out of it. Comes with a charging block. Has this amazing, removable USB-C watch charger, that you can take with you on a trip or on the go. I really liked it. Until I went to sleep. There are 2 major problems, if you are someone affected by them. (1) there is a blue light for this “CryoBoost” marketing. It is very dim, and pointed backwards, but it’s still there. It’s not close to as bad a LED pointed directly at you, but something made for your bedside shouldn’t have any light at all! Or a way to turn it off.Next, (2), this “CryoBoost” feature is effectively a fan that is running along the MagSafe ring. This is again an impressive feature. It’s not that loud. But still, it’s there. You have a fan running beside your head on your bedside table. It IS impressively quiet, but it’s not silent.These 2 problems make this product a little annoying for me. If you want 0.00000 light and sound, this isn’t for you.

This is exactly how you would want a charging stand to be. It charges fast and efficiently. It charges all three products at the same time. The fan keeps the phone cool so it offsets the heat and doesnât damage the battery. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

I bought this for my new iPhone 16, and it does its job very well. I already had a Qi charger for my previous phone, but I was always concerned with it because on long charging periods, the charger and my phone’s back would get really hot.This charger having a fan really does helps in keeping my phone cool as it charges. Keeping it cool also helps charge the battery quickly too. Of course, the phone still does get warm on those long charging periods, but not hot to the point you worry about the phone’s battery potentially getting damaged or exploding. As for the other features of charging your watch or wireless earbuds, it also works well with the added benefit that the watch portion can be removed to act as a separate charger when you’re travelling. Overall, this is a great 3 in 1 charger for your phone, watch, and earbuds.
