Please press and hold both volume “+” and ”-“ at the same time for about 7 seconds until the LED flashes purple three times, then the LED flashes red and blue alternately to enter the pairing mode.

Works Great & Affordable
While on a 16 hr. flight from S. Africa, it seemed to me that the most comfortable people on the plane were those with headsets, not ear buds. So, I decided to buy a pair for myself. Not knowing much about them, I carefully checked the reviews and purchased these, which were in my budget. I’ve since flown again, and I can’t tell you how much nicer it was to have these on my head and not ear buds. The noise from the plane, conversations around me, and even the crying toddler across the aisle were barely heard. The sound quality was very nice and I’m completely satisfied. I’ll never fly without them again.

Nice, the sound cancellation is ok but not the best. The sound cancellation is not good if using while running or doing anything active. The sound is ok, probably loud to most standards but I need my music blasting in my ears when Iâm working out. ( thatâs with Bluetooth) with the cord it is a little louder and better. Overall the quality is good not the best Iâve had before. The battery life has never ran out on me, Iâve charged it just couple times. It lasts weeks before you need to charge it . It is easy to use. I forgot how much I paid for it honestly and there was value for the money, there not the cheapest nor are they most expensive ones I bought before. The comfort level is satisfactory

They were great and did exactly what I wanted, but I bought them in August and it’s now the end of November and they won’t charge or turn on anymore.Edit: raised the rating because the immediately contacted me to try to troubleshoot what was wrong with the headphones and, when nothing worked, sent me a new set.

Sounds good but after first use will not charge.
This headphone has nice sound if I use it with a cable. The thing won’t charge after eight hours of use right out of the box. It is dead as dead can be. I like the fit and I like the sound I get with just the cable. I guess I will keep it and use it with things that do not need Bluetooth. Instead of returning it I will just buy another headphone from a more reputable company. (I have to admit that it worked fine with Bluetooth for about eight hours. I assume that with good ratings from other people that most of the other buyers can actually charge theirs. ) But mine does not charge so I am giving it a one star rating.

battery life is amazing
the battery on these never die. I use them 6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week at work and they last over a month between charging. I’m no audiophile, but I have no complaints on sound quality and all that. The noise canceling isn’t the best, but it is more than sufficient to tune out conversations between my other co-workers while I am trying to focus. It was only when I used them on a plane that I even noticed the shortcomings in the noise canceling.

Noise cancelling does not work when wired into audio jack
I bought these for my 30+ hour plane ride to and from Africa and found out the noise-canceling feature does not work when you plug the headphones into the audio jack of the plane’s entertainment system. The noise-canceling only works when connected through the Bluetooth. Very disappointed that this was not clearly disclosed in the product description. The headphones have decent sound and are comfortable to wear.

Not recommended.
I intended to use these headphones strictly for airplane travels. I found them comfortable on my head and the sound quality was perfectly acceptable for air travel.Unfortunately, the most significant feature, the ANC, did not work properly. It was difficult to engage via specific combinations of button pushes and, when finally operating (on a full battery charge), would shut off unexpectedly after about 25 minutes. This happened several times and appears to be a flaw in the product. I could never keep the ANC turned on for more than 25 minutes per journey.I disappointedly returned these headphones and will try another brand.

Perfect for travelling, really helped quieten the noise in the airport and on the plane – I can find a lot of sensory stimulation can get annoying and overwhelming, and being on longhaul flights with the constant sound of plane engines can drive me to insanity but these headphones helped a lot. Decent quality audio, good noise reduction, comfortable enough to wear and really good battery life. Does the job nicely

The sound and noise cancelling are both good. Not full noise cancelling, but worked well on the plane. I not sure why you can’t use the ANC when you have them plugged in, but almost everything is Bluetooth now, so it’s not a big deal.
