Fast, functional and affordable
What’s not to like? Setup was very quick and after a few months I added a thumb drive to add Wi-Fi so I could print from the PC to the new wireless printer. This is the second reconditioned Dell I have bought, the first one did very well from 2014 to 2022. I expect a lot of longevity with this one as well. I typically don’t watch a lot of videos on this device but there’s no problem whatsoever. I’m not a gamer and I am sure it could run very small rudimentary games for kids but nothing elaborate that would need a lot of video memory. A good basic computer for searching the web, email, YouTube videos and social media, you know – the basics.

Best Little PC for Personal Use!
This was an excellent purchase as a second PC. I was not looking for something to run too fast or for a lot of storage. This Dell is excellent in that it does have USB 3.0 and plenty of USB ports, it is small enough and powerful enough to run smoothly. It has sound but I also purchased an external speaker for better sound. It came with a mouse and keyboard. Loved the keyboard that looked like it was a protected type of device. This device also has a DVD drive that is very useful for me since I still watch DVDs. With Dells you are able to download their SupportAssistant to keep your unit optimized so I use that and this device is just excellent! Runs very fast and is a very clean PC. It also has tech support if needed. I use it with a CAT6 direct connection to my router although it comes with a WIFI dongle. That needs to be upgraded. It is a slow one but it works. I may, later on, upgrade the network card to make that faster but no need now.

I AM A SENIOR AND USE THIS COMPUTER MOSTLY FOR PLEASURE. HOWEVER, I DO SOME BILL PAY AND THIS COMPUTER IS EASY TO USE AND I BELIEVE FAIRLY FAST. I AM PROBABLY UNDER USING BUT IT WORKS GREAT.

Had to return first one and second one also had problems
First one arrived with a non-working DVD. Returned it and it was replaced with one with a mis-aligned HDMI port so the cable could not be plugged in. It was supposed to have a 2 TB drive but actually had a 1TB drive. I didn’t return it because I’m not using the HDMI port and 1TB is adequate for my use. It is a fast, solid computer, but their refurbing is hit or miss. Three stars because it is really a nice machine, and I was able to use it in spite of the problems.
