Cheap and flimsy
Product was of cheap quality and when I took it out of the package I put it on and it was broken when I tried to adjust the height. It was broken directly in half and was hidden at first glance. I had returned the item, unfortunately.

Really Cheap
Really cheap price and quality, we bought three headsets for online training. Two of the three broke as soon as we tried to adjust the head size out of the box. We did not have time to replace these before the training, so we taped them and carried on. One unit is not broken but is treated very gently. I would only recommend this for one time use these are not intended to last or to be used multiple times. These are very cheap on Amazon so we will not be pursuing refunds (more trouble than it’s worth). Spend a little more money and get a better-quality headset.

Poorly made.
Broke on Both sides.All I did was put it on and first one and the other ear pieces Broke off.I tried numerous times to glue them back together and they kept falling apart.Big waste of your money.

This product worked okay in the beginning. It was a bit tight on my head (I have a small head and I’m an adult). But just about two weeks after I started using it, the left earpiece “broke”. I’m not sure what happened. It didn’t come off, it just “clicked” out away from my ear. I thought it might be a feature to not hug my ears so tightly, but it didn’t go back into place.

Broke after 2 uses
The headphones snapped on the microphone side as I was putting them on. The sound still works as the wires did not break, but it no longer sits properly. They no longer stay over my ears without moving and are unusable.

It is a basic headphone and microphone and it does its job!

These lasted 5 minutes. I put them on, plugged them in and when I went to adjust them to my head size, the arm on the Mic side broke right away. They are totally plastic and fairly thin. The arm is still partly attached by the wires but is not fixable.Since it was plugged in, I put some music on and held the ear cups in place. The sound quality is fair at best. It has no depth to it and the mid-range is flat. Didn’t test the mic. Look elsewhere for your next headset.
