Must have for night shift workers
TL;DR: If you’re here, you’re probably not sleeping right. Buy this device. It works wonders.If you work night shift, you know how unhealthy and deeply unsatisfying sleep is. More accurately, lack of sleep: I would just sit awake in bed, the sun coming up, and wait for it to be time to get ready for work again. I’d doze off three or four times a morning, just barely being able to nap, and by the last cycle of nap-wake up-repeat it would be time to drag myself out of bed.This simple, inexpensive product has almost solved this issue. Is it perfect? No, nothing is, but this does better than any OTC medication I’ve tried to date and doesn’t have to be ordered twice a month. Nor will it destroy your kidneys or hormonal balance, and it’s side effect free.This is soft, very soft, and once it warms up you can barely even feel it aside from a very slight pressure. Maybe pressure isn’t even the right word, it’s just kind of “there”. If you’re a side sleeper like me, don’t worry about the speakers: you have enough padding on the inside for it to rest comfortably over the ear. I’ve tried sleep earbuds before this, and while the noise isolation was much better simply because they’re in the ear, this does far better for comfort.Battery life is exceptional. I can get 2 nights reliably on one charge, which only takes about 20 minutes. When I come home, i plug it in, and by the time dinner is ready the device is charged. I never have to worry about it being bricked from a forgotten charge.Audio quality is more than acceptable for the purpose. The speakers are intentionally quiet, as they should be. You don’t need a blasting top end for volume with these, you’re trying to sleep. Sound is clear, with the same barely perceptible distortion you’d find on any bluetooth device. Any kind of music will be fine, as is my use case. If you’re one of *those people* who listens to ASMR, this should be fine, not that I would know after not ever using this for ASMR at any point. Really. I promise.Lastly, if for some reason you decide the bluetooth just isn’t for you, it’s designed to have the whole system removed for cleaning. So, technically, you could rip the techno-guts out of this and store it somewhere and have a perfectly good normal sleep mask.If you are an insomniac, if you work night shift, or if you just want quiet music at night: buy this device. It’s so cheap for what it gets you: drug-free sleep.

Lifesaver for me!!!
This mask has literally changed my life! My husband snores so loud and I never really slept….I would be lucky to get 3 hours a night. I was always walking around like a zombie, wanting to take a nap. I found this mask and decided to give it a try. It works!!! It’s very easy to use and set up. I use a free meditation app with either white noise, rain, ocean or soft music. It drowns out his snoring and makes the room perfectly dark. This mask is worth every penny and much more! I will buy another the minute this one dies. It’s very soft and comfortable to wear. I’m always hot, but this mask doesn’t make me hot. (I actually ordered a couple of others to try, but this one is by far the most comfortable.) The ear pieces line up perfectly with my ears, but if they didn’t they can be adjusted. The sound is really good too! It charges pretty quickly and I use it three nights before I charge again. It might go longer but I’m not taking the chance of it not being charged through the night. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this mask. If your hubby snores and you lie there awake and miserable, this mask will change your life! I’d give it 10 stars if allowed!

Good but speakers should be smaller
I use this to listen to affirmations when I sleep and it works well enough, I like the light blocking, the sound is good, it doesnât feel weird against your forehead.But my gripe is that the speakers need to be smaller because Iâm a side sleeper. It crushes my ear when I sleep so I need to move the speakers to my temples. My ear is literally swollen right now. Even if I fall asleep on my back I always wake up on my side

Mostly Comfortable
The product is mostly comfortable. My initial concern was whether the strap would bother me, but itâs fine. As a side sleeper, my ear does get a little sore if the mask moves out of position. A quick adjustment takes care of it.My real reason for buying this mask was with the hope that the ear coverage would help to minimize the noises my wife makes while asleep. Unfortunately, that didnât work out. Otherwise, the mask is good for relaxing.

Fantastic sleep mask
This mask is perfect for me. It’s so soft, complete blackout (not even à tiny bit of light), very comfortable, good quality, and the Bluetooth speakers in the mask are great! I synced the mask w/my phone app for sleeping and within 20 or 30 minutes I’m sound asleep. Before using this mask, it’d take me an hour or longer to fall asleep. Since using this my sleep has improved and I’m feeling rested for the first time in a couple of years! No joke, it’s been that long since I’ve had peaceful sleep. I definitely recommend this mask.
