I have never had a computer this slow. It takes forever to do anything and it has a system32 popup randomly right out of the box.

Included Monitor Doesn’t Work…
So far pretty frustrated. The Monitor included is malfunctioning right out of the box. Only stays on for about 2 seconds and then shuts off I’ve contacted customer support and they say they’ll send me a new one which should arrive in a couple days. I’ll update this review then.**********************************UPDATE: 08/30/19 – Customer service was very helpful and all has been rectified with the monitor issue. And it was replaced with an HP model to match the computer rather than the cheapy generic one prior… thankfully! The computer itself seems to be working well so far. The mouse that came with it is “jittery” and not functional no matter how much I mess with the settings, so I’m just using one I already had. So far the keyboard is working fine.

1-*from Diane on October 8, 2020Horrible…Let me first say that I was aware the item was ârenewedâ however, this was beyond minor cosmetic imperfections which they said it would NOT have. The item was in horrible condition. The cover on the towers was bent so much it couldnât even be attached. It was missing screws. There were so many scrapes and scratches everywhere. Will be returning this item.

Decent computer for basic needs
Bought this computer for basic needs of paying bills and such. So far, does great. Haven’t had any issues yet. Screen is very large, keyboard is on the cheaper side but that’s always replaceable.When received, it was very well packaged. It as obvious that the tower was refurbished with some minor imperfections but nothing serious. One port was a little bent but again nothing major.Overall pleased with the purchase.

The good thing is it was cheap. The bad thing is it was cheap. The fan is noisy. It is noticeable whenever no music is playing in the office. Worse, the keyboard stopped working and I had no replacement. So, I had to order a new keyboard and borrow a keyboard from the landlord just to finish work one day.
