Stopped working
I bought this tablet in both blue and pink and a year later they will not power on! The use was limited and my kids are super bummed

I’m not one to complain I’m very easy going but Amazon can’t even help me get it returned or replaced my son is very gentle with his stuff compared to my girls my girls Tablets still working my sons hit the carpet with a case and screen protector and the digital screen went out it was even scratched when I got it and I wasn’t worried about it but now they won’t even help me get a hold of anybody to get it replaced this is ridiculous definitely about done with Amazon and wouldn’t suggest the tablets they wouldn’t be bad if you could actually get a hold of somebody to help you with your problems and fix your problem but unfortunately that’s not the case here

This tablet is GREAT. The case is amazing and it does great at protecting it from falls. She can navigate it easily and the quality is great. Some games have a slight lag but nothing too awful! I think this is a perfect tablet for any kid and if they’re on the smaller side the kids mode is great too!

It’s what I ordered
I ordered 4 of these tablets, and I received all the colors I ordered. They’re cheap tablets so I mean don’t expect it to do the upmost for the price. Battery life, depends on what the child is actually using the tablet for, but my kids are using Roblox, YT Kids, Netflix, and the games they’re allowed to download on the tablets and usually Roblox drains the battery life pretty quick, streaming services doesn’t drain it as fast so it’s a decent battery life. Roblox or any game similar does lag. It is Kid friendly and Durability is why I rated 3 because my nephew dropped his tablet once and it’s cracked even with the protector and casing, BUT also my Autistic daughter threw hers a few times and it’s still alright as you can see in the pic. I ALSO would like to point out that ALL of the tablets, had screen issues as sometimes some parts of the screen goes out and you have to rotate it to be able to press whatever it is that you’re trying to press. Again the tablet is good as the price.

Breaks easy. Amazon wonât help with a refund
For a childâs tablet this is very poorly made. One small hit on any surface and this will surely shatter. Iâve had my iPhone knocked on a cement floor harder and the phone never shattered. Dave yourself the inconvenience of purchasing this. The shock proof case does nothing.Amazon wonât even help with a refund. So Iâm out $ and have a very disappointed child. He opened this on Christmas and it broke on December 27. So two days of play.Amazon. Do better.
