“Our bad, let us fix it!”
Out of the box it worked great, but about exactly 28 days a hard drive failed giving a fatal error, being really upset I messaged the seller in an uproar complaining about the 2 terabyte hard drive. They responded politely and professionally telling me they would replace it! To this I apologized for being rash and agreed to exchange hard drives rather than return the computer. It took a while thanks to USPS but I finally got the hard drive. When I open the hard drive they had apparently forgot to send a return label. When I mentioned this to them they simply said “No need to return just recycle it properly”. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Not only did they replace the hard drive but they remain professional when I originally got upset with them. They respond in a timely and professional manner without any error. I myself can guarantee that you will be satisfied with customer service if not the product itself as well. You get what you pay for: an i5, a 2tb HDD (and the 250ssd) and the video card. All of which function as they should, should they not, the seller seems more than happy to replace! Again, you can definitely trust this seller! 110% satisfaction on my end!

Works well and appears brand new
Great value for a fast machine with lots of storage. Refurbished very well. The only problem was that it didn’t have wifi – but reviews said the adapter was 2G anyway so I would have replaced it regardless.

Overall a decent PC
Pretty decent computer for the price! Can play most games on low settings, never really had a problem with lag. My only qualm is that there ARE a few empty ports on the back, such as a few DisplayPorts that don’t actually connect to anything.

Very fast. Iâm not much of a gamer but does work well for the few games i do play. It comes with all the specs listed, is rather light and easily transportable. Came in a week before the expected arrival date. Iâd recommend this to anyone who is on a tight budget and needs a beefy computer for games, video editing, audio production, or really anything that you could think of.

Mine didn’t come with the 2tb HDD they only gave me a 240 sdd and I feel kinda jipped about it, there’s also no wifi or Bluetooth they threw a USB dongle in a separate pack. It’s a good computer but parts were falsely advertised

Works great just got it for WoW .. supposed to only be able to play on high but it plays max settings .. Iâm not raiding just doing casual and dungeons … no lag no skip no tear … loving it

I bought this computer for my girl as a Christmas gift I’ve messaged and messaged and messaged no response from them at all cannot find a cord that will work with my monitor didn’t come with a os disk nothing so I payed for a a PC I can’t Use do not use this company for nothing I repeat do not give this company your hard earned money. Its pretty embarrassing to spend money for a Christmas gift that dont even work dont make the same mistake I made
