Sales was to send me a replacement battery. I’ve yet to receive it
the battery was dead and would not charge. Opened the battery compartment to get the battery and a screw fell out.At this point I’m not real pleased. If I could get a new battery I could give a more positive report.Saler agreed to refund. Sorry it didn’t work out. Would recommend this business.

It is looks like laptop is used
It is looks like laptop is used. Color is different, not the same as presented on the picture, actually it is silver. Covered by skin not symmetrically. The plastic legs on the bottom is missing.

Absolutely horrible product
This product was garbage. I received a refurbished unit that had multiple defects out of the box. Speakers blown, bezel cracked and missing a piece, wrong power supply.

Bad Refurb
The plastic parts feel a bit looks and one of the plastic legs on the bottom is missing. The product color is different [the product is actually silver], and to fake being the upgraded black version the seller used poorly applied black stickers on the silver portions. That said, the computer functions and the internals work, but battery life is sub-4-hours in nearly all use cases.
