Very high quality, dependable quiet and powerful!
I’m glad I took a chance on this lesser-known brand! It has proven to be a great value, dependable unit. I installed it in August 2022 so it has been 8 months so far. Through a scorching California summer and a colder than usual winter, it has never let us down. Installation was not hard either. Although it’s recommended to hire a contractor, I installed it myself with no issues. You’ll just need a vacuum pump (which you can borrow from the auto parts store for free) and a couple of gauges and adapters which you can get fairly cheaply here on Amazon. I later bought a Cielo Breeze device on Amazon and it integrated perfectly with it, so now I can also control the heat pump remotely. I went with the 18,000 BTU model and put it in the living room, and it easily conditions most of the house. It’s a great energy saver, and so quiet you don’t notice it’s running. Very happy with my purchase.

Cool and quite
So hard to see this kind of mini split ac in US. My Parents love this AC better than the windows unit, itâs quite and cool enough for their room. Kind of little hard for them to install, so we found the local guy for helped. But itâs tollway worth!
