A solid 2 in 1 laptop/tablet
We really like this! Both my wife and I have an account on it. We use it while we watch TV and take it with us when we travel. I use it as a laptop but my wife usually uses it in the tablet configuration. It is quiet since it has an SSD and boots up very quickly. It is our first computer using Windows 11. It has plenty of storage space and the 16 BG RAM works great. My only negative thought is that the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as I’d like it to. After four hours or so I always feel I need to plug it in. Having said that I would recommend this for most folks computing needs.

Disappointing, poor quality
This laptop is not good quality. The keyboard broke in less than a year and had to be replaced (expensive!). The fan is very loud. The laptop is heavy for its size. The software bloat is ridiculous. And, it comes only with Windows 11 home, not Pro, so the security features are only available with another $100 investment. Overall very disappointing and I won’t go back to Lenovo in future.

Excellent performance
I received the laptop on time, and I’ve been using it for 1 week without any problem. Excellent device, fast and light to carry. Up to date with Windows 11. Great battery and speakers. High quality screen.

Seller sold a repaired laptop as new, which sopped working after a few weeks
Bought a brand new laptop from this seller used it for a couple of weeks, stored it and when i tried to turn it on again, it was dead, it was not charging. Accessed the Lenovo site for repairs just to see that the laptop has a repair history

POOR QUALITY AND LENOVO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS MONKEY BALLS
BUYER BEWARE: Though marketed as “new”, this laptop was apparently a model that sat on the shelf for a long time. After 6 months of use, the hinge broke on it which rendered it functionally useless. Lenovo wanted $250 to extend the warranty, no thanks. Had to replace the whole frame for the screen (an expensive proposition), and almost immediately afterwards, the computer died and quit charging altogether. What a disappointment, I’ll never buy another Lenovo product and wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller either.
