Received it in a perfect condition and performs very fast so I am using superior universal stylus pen that works great on touch screen and love it every minute in both home and car with (WiFi) hot spot build in. I use 125W USB C car charger adapter, PD65W & QC60W fast car charger, [Mini & Pull Ring Design] dual port metal type C cigarette lighter USB charger while traveling. I had the first Acer Chromebook 13 inches display for almost ten years without any problems even no viruses at all until no longer support the updates so decided to purchase this model because of latest tech features. Only downside is it doesn’t fully functions like how a laptop should ny back for not doing thorough research. Touch is good do most of my school work on it. It has a dowside while trying to watch movies the screen is just glaring and dark in some areas. but for sure will be upgrading to a laptop later.

Chromebook is what it is, I prefer to have all my stuff ram from the cloud and google is great. I donât keep anything personal on this but itâs a great workhorse for what I need it to be. Boots quick, touchscreen is great and budget friendly. Very happy

Does NOT support USI Stylus
Description states this unit supports USI stylus which is why I selected it. On receiving it tried to use one, then come to find out that the CP314-1H does NOT support active stylus at all! The CP314-1HN does, but this one does not. Feeling ripped off and lied to. Misleading, and I would NOT have paid as much had they not provided false information on the listing. Could have gotten what I wanted for an equivalent price. Unfortunately I need a computer and I can’t really return it, but I’m pretty angry. Other than that – it’s thicker than my previous laptop, but the hinges seem solid enough. screen quality is mediocre and very angle sensitive. it’s a little laggy. Haven’t tested battery life or sound.

Poor resolution
I’ve had a Acer Chromebook R 13 Convertible for about 5 1/2 years now. I was very happy with that computer until the touchscreen completely quit working. I was happy with the Acer brand so I chose another one, apparently this one I bought is the updated version of the R13 Convertible, as that one did not come up as an option and this one did. I am not happy with the new computer mainly due to the screen. I love having the touchscreen capability back as well as being able to use it as a tablet or tent (those both also quit on the old Acer, my own fault as it fell on the floor). On the new Acer, the resolution seems very off, words and pictures seem slightly pixelated, dark scenes in my games and on a show I watched on Amazon were hard to see, there seems to be what looks like a white cloud over the screen. I’ve tried adjusting multiple settings and nothing helps. I am bummed to have to send it back but the price makes it hard to justify to keep. I won’t be happy if I keep it, so I want my $400+ back. I will definitely consider another Acer product though.

Awesome 2024 chromebook
This is my first Chromebook. This Chromebook is awesome. I love it. It turns into a tablet when you flip the screen to the back. Chrome OS is very easy to learn. I love how all the apps you need to work just pops up with a click. To make a right click, touch the ALT button and hold it while you tap the trackpad then choose which right click menu option you want from the pop up menu. To see your installed apps, you just tap the launch button. Itâs a round circle on the left side of keyboard. I use it as a tablet to play games and when i need to type you just flip it back to laptop mode. Chromebooks have come a long way!
