Iâve been using this for 11 months with my Ram Mount attached to the integrated center console mounting point in my Ford Bronco. I use this with my MagSafe compatible iPhone in an Urban Armor Gear MagSafe compatible case. The magnet is certainly strong enough for reliable automobile usage. Phone placement is easy as the magnet is strong enough to âgrabâ the phone. You instantly know if you have a secure mount. The phone has only dislodged twice under extreme driving conditions. Neither time did I feel as if the mount wasnât sufficient for its purpose (phone fell once under emergency braking and once during extreme off road use). I have been pleased with the performance and convenience of this mount and it has been completely secure in normal driving conditions with my MagSafe compatible phone case.

RAM mounts compatible
The situation was that I need a simple magsafe magnet to use with my existing RAM size B (1″) and Fanaue arms and mounts. RAM doesn’t offer one and other brands use a different size other than 1″. Fanaue to the rescue. This mount works flawlessly with my existing mounts. Fanaue offers their stuff in 1″ so it works great with RAM stuff and it’s cheaper in price with great quality. The magnet is strong and holds my phone with UAG magsafe case firmly. Works with ram mount
I installed this using my existing ram mount and it works great. Holds well with my S24 Ultra and Torras magsafe case. I use it in my 3/4 ton truck and have not had any issues with it falling off yet even when going off road. The magnets could be a little stronger to hold the phone but it has just enough force to not cause any falling off issues yet that I have seen. I really like the combination of this magsafe adapter and case.

Just be cautious when driving over rough terrain or bumps.

The magnet is extremely weak. First bump in my jeep and my phone fell off. The ball mount to the rest of my RAM mounts works great. I just went out an found a much better magnet and used Gorilla two sided tape to bond it the mount. That made this functional. It was disappointing to have a great connect to my vehicle only to have the magnet so wimpy. I do not recommend this.

Took off my twist lock and put this right in the same Ram mount. No problem. Scared at first since it’s on a bike, but magnet holds great! Not worried at all now. Combine this with a high quality mag safe phone case and you’ll be good to go. I wouldn’t trust a simple stick on ring in the case.

Auf der Suche nach einer vernünftigen iPhone-Halterung bin ich hier auf ein sehr gutes System gestoÃen.Für eine kompakte Lösung habe ich mich für einen GoPro-Klebefuss in Kombination mit einem Adapter auf 1â Kugel und den auch hier erhältlichen BRCOVAN Diebstahlschutz Doppelsockelarm entschieden.Es fehlte dann das Gegenstück mit 1â Kugel auf MagSafa, aber eben OHNE Ladefunktion, damit das Handy nicht dauernd geladen wird.Diese Lösung ist perfekt und trotzdem schön klein.Was ich in der Beschreibung nicht gesehen aber sehr gut finde ist, das die Kugel mittels Stativgewinde in den Halter (Teller) geschraubt wird. Das gibt noch Spielraum für noch kompaktere Lösungen.Von mir gibt es hier eine ganz klare Kaufempfehlung!!!
