Do NOT Waste your money
This product did not work but a couple of months and will not charge, will not turn on, after all the trouble shooting. Itâs clearly written thereâs a 1 year warranty, but good luck with that because I couldnât get ahold of BaKen Direct. Amazon made an âexceptionâ and gave me a refund minus a RESTOCKING FEE , smdh

The tablet does not turn on
I just received my 4year olds tablet delivery. My delivery was on time and the product is visibly undamaged when I took it out the box. I plugged it in to give it some charge and surprisingly the battery was already 88% full. I then unplugged it to began putting in the settings for my toddler, but the tablet will not turn on.The power button is clearly visible and easy to press, but it is unresponsive. This is very disappointing after paying over $70.00.

About 5 months and had to reset, hard set.. power button broke. I need someone from company to contact me. This needs replaced.. still looks new for a 3 year old using it but can’t turn on without this button

Itâs a good tablet but after 6months touch stopped working
Bought the Insurance Policy it stopped working about 6months after purchase touch screen wasnât functioning called to replace no issues but they gave refund then the sent me new one. Well the new again stopped working but now they wonât replace it cause they gave me a refund! So if yours stopped working to agree to refund ask for replacement

We bought this in June for around 60$ and it wouldnât work in October. The touch screen would not register our touch making the whole tablet unusable. We bought two at the same time and although the other one is still working at 50% you have to be prepared for this to have a short life. We figured it was worth the 60$ for 6 months for how nice the parental controls and system in general are. It comes with two screen protectors on it- one for packaging and the other is a cheap screen protector. We removed these on the tablet that still somewhat works and it seemed to help a little. Also turning the tablet so the buttons were in different places on the screen. The foam outer case is really nice with durable foam and a sturdy stand.

Niece loves this tablet
This tablet so far seems very decent. My niece uses it everyday. It comes with a screen protector that is very thin but other than that its in a well protected case. Overall, my niece loves it.

So disappointed! Don’t buy!
Don’t even know where to begin with this! I got this since Oct 2023. It didn’t even lasted 3 month. First of all the type 3 cord that came with it wasn’t charging it properly. It was to slow. It took 2 whole days to charge the tablet. When we try to used our own type c cord it didn’t allow us because it said that the tablet won’t take a different cord. I’m just know getting in time to review the tablet. I noticed that the tablet didn’t last us a whole year. It’s is now Sept 2024. And I got it it in Oct 2023. Also the plugs of where you plug the charging cord you can tell it was getting loose. Not sure why it’s loose when we first got it. We try to work with what we got and we didn’t want to buy a new tablet. But for the price of it. I think I should of spend more money on something of better quality.
