These are great. They sound great, the battery lasts a long time and having the mute button right on the headset is nice. They are a great value for the money. The Bluetooth connection is great and has decent range.

I’ve spent so SO. Much on “high end” headphones and nothing beats these, not even the higher type of Quantum headphones can beat this.It’s LIGHTWEIGHT because it’s plastic, yes PLASTIC but the higher end headsets are HEAVY and squeeze the LIFE out of you.I can wear these for 9+hour streaming sessions and the mic is LITERALLY better than my yeti it’s SO clear and so just WOW.The sound quality is ALWAYS amazing with JBL, all their items are centered around high quality sounds so you know no matter what you get good stuff with them in terms of sound be it for game or music.The mic is detachable and still sounds A-maze-ing l, again, as good as my yeti with a lot less messing aroundBest part about a detachable mic is I can listen to it as normal headphones for music without a mic getting in my way.BUY IT.(NOT COMPATIBLE WITH XBOX

Comfortability and sound
I like the comfortability of these headphones although, you have to get the setting of them just right for it not to uncomfortable. The sound on these is great however, and definitely worth the money in that aspect. Hope it helps!

Wow just wow
So I looked into earphone reviews to see which had the best microphone and this one if not the best had one of the best microphones and competes with much more expensive earphones. Also it comes with a app for your computer so you can mess with the sound if you want more bass or what ever. Honestly I really recommend these. (I don’t believe these have Bluetooth so if you want Bluetooth these aren’t for you)

Skipping, Laggy Audio. Very comfortable.
I wanted to like these headphones. They are super comfortable. Installing them on my laptop was a breeze.They are unusable (YMMV)Issues with the headphones:1) They won’t pair with the native Bluetooth on my laptop. They require a dongle to connect. This is kind of a deal2) The connection between the dongle and the headphones, while solid, stutters the audio and makes them unusable3) I could not get the headphones to work over a wired connection, and the supplied cable (1M) is laughably short for this use.Returning for refund.

There are some issues.
We’ll start with the good: sounds great, does a good job of blocking outside interference, the mic is surprisingly good. The battery life is incredible. Unfortunately, that’s it. Wait, some people have said they are uncomfortable; I find them to be very comfortable and fit very well.The bad: it requires you to plug a transmitter into one of your USBs to get Bluetooth connection, this is stupid, even the cheapest of headphones comes with Bluetooth antenna built in I don’t want to waste my USB slot, if I did, I would’ve bought a wired headset. The spatial surround introduces a lot of noise, I didn’t buy it for that so no big deal, but if that’s something you’re interested in – don’t get these. The headphones automatically shut off if no sound comes through for a while, which is typically good, except when you want to reconnect, 90% of the time you have to unplug the antenna from your USB, turn the headphones off and on again, and then it’ll work. Poor design.I could keep going, but yeah, this headset is not the best, not even close, yet, at a steep discount with financial struggles, I’d say it’s okay.You won’t be happy but you won’t be upset either. Just annoyed

Great headset with good sound
This item I purchased for both gaming and working from home, I’ve purchased other wireless headsets like from brands like corsair and razer, and usually the sound is ok but the mic’s never work out of the box for me, maybe for others they do but if you check reviews they usually have some kind of sound issues with the mics for some customers, this not only has a good working detachable mic, but the sound quality is what you would expect from JBL, is it the best in the world? No, is it better than other 100 dollar branded headsets? Yes. I like them a lot and they pretty much are my main headphones to use now, I spent over 300 on other headsets that I don’t even use anymore since this one topped all of them

On par with high end headsets
On par with high end headsets, light and roomy they may lack bluetooth connectivity but it’s not an issue if you don’t need to take them away from your computer or console .I own various types of over the ear headphones ranging from avantree, audiotechnica, sennhiser, samson, to logitech etc… you get the idea… now my personal choice are the open-back style headphones becasue they offer a much better sound stage experience and they are great for localization when gaming tho terrible if you use them when other people in the room the sound leak can be annoying.So recently I wanted to try the JBL brand and hear for myself what the fuss is all about. I ordered 2 mid range models the JBL Tune 710BT (meh!) and the JBL Quantum 350 and while I didn’t expect much from a non bluetooth headset the JBL Quantum 350 are impressive to say the least, they remind me of my Audio Technica AD500X and the M50BT with just the right amount of bass, the clarity is just as good. Also the sound stage is great for a closed back model. Bouns! the software included has equialization capabilities.They could improve the pads and the mic clarity but is just fine for gaming. not an issue either I always get better ear cushion for my favorite headphones anyway.pro tip: On Windows make sure ‘audio enhacements’ are NOT enabled.

Great sound quality, easy set-up! Other reviews mentioned mic might have low volume issues but has been working great for my 16 year old son. If you’re making YouTube videos you may need a better mic but this one is great for the price! Battery life and fit are great as well.

Funciona para lo que lo necesito que son muchas llamadas en el trabajo. Si aÃsla bien el sonido, le dura bastante la baterÃa, en un principio batallaba porque se cortaba el audio mucho, muy de vez en cuando me sucede que se desactiva el micrófono, pero si lo apago y prendo funciona, en general está bien, no es el mejor pero por el precio es buen dispositivo.
