Perfect buy for a budget
I can’t say enough good things about this computer! It has everything I wanted and it didn’t break the bank. It does have a few very minor cosmetic flaws, which I anticipated since it is a renewed product. I’m disabled and run a small business, so I needed a reliable laptop on a very limited budget. This one is perfect for me. 100% worth the money! My favorite features: backlit keyboard, touchscreen, folds into tent view, usb-c charging

This is worst laptop I have ever bought itâs only been 1 month stop working it was not even opening and when I take to repair this laptop they told me there is motherboard problem and I fix this laptop paying 150 dollar . And when i fix this laptop now it is now working properly this laptop cause me lot of problem.

Six months later, doesn’t boot up
Not sure whether this is to be blamed on hardware or MS software but approximately 6 months after purchasing this laptop and using it only intermittently and lightly, when I tried to turn it on today it totally refused to boot up. “Inaccessible Boot Device”. That’ll be a $99 service fee from Dell support, or (assuming I can follow the technical instructions that even make this next step possible) completely wiping all of my files in order to do a full system reset. This has already consumed at least 3 hours of my work day and honestly I’m not sure if it’s worth investing any more time into it. What a bummer. This is the last time I buy a refurb Windows machine. Typing this review on my Macbook that’s going on its 10th year of life with zero issues.

Got a lemonâClearly wasnât testedâbad repair job
Followed plug in and product start up instructions; went well, but once unplugged from an outlet to move to new area, it shut down (after hours of charging). Tried starting it up unplugged, no response from the system. When plugged in at the new work location, the product took longer than the first time to start up and then got stuck on the Dell logo before stalking out and shutting down. Couldnât even sign in. After a couple loops got fed up. Returned within 24 hours, which sucks because I only went with this because it was faster than buying new in store due to stock issues.

Not as Pictured; Very Poor Speakers
Ordered a 2-in-1 laptop that would fold back to tent view. The one I received will only fold flat. The model I did receive has such poor sound that it was unusable without headphones. I’m not talking about listening to music, I mean a student listening to a lecture; you just could not hear the teacher.

I thought that solid state hard drive failed. I was extremely disappointed and said so as it was going to cost me money to replace it.I contacted the seller who said that it would not be the SSD but a bios issue. They offered to fix it FOC.This saved me a lot of money as I told the guy who was looking at it that it was not the drive. He discovered from on line forums it was caused by a Windows 11 update issue. He then fixed my laptop in minutes for £5.The computer has been great and the speedy response from the seller was fantastic
