Very pleased with the laptop and how fast it is. Everything was exactly as described and works perfectly even the battery. Aside from a few minor marks on the top of the lid it almost looks new!You’re far better off buying a refurbished laptop such as this rather than getting a brand new one (terrible and slow) for the same price!

Knowing that this was refurbished, I was not surprised to see some scratches on the body. But the display is clear and is overall a good deal at the price. The SSDs help with short boot times and battery backup is also very good (abour 5-6 hours) with normal browsing and using light weight apps.

From what I saw of it, the laptop quality seems okay. Problem is, the screen has a sizeable dark shadow which is very distracting and which may be the start of something worse like a screen failure or the shadow spreading. Clearly, this is the seller’s fault as one would expect this to have been inspected. Will be returning and asking for my money back, and I won’t be buying anything else from this seller. Very disappointing.
