Highly recommend. Excellent product.
Would give 10 stars. I waited to review this as I was so happy and I still love it. VERY quiet inside and out. Went through a hurricane with no issues. App. Works great with Alexa and by itself. Better than I expected. I had it professionally installed and installer was impressed as well.

Install instructions are a little lacking at the end.
I was a little surprised how easy this was to install. I am handy enough to safely do the wiring myself and that’s about the hardest part. You do need to have a vacuum pump that is designed for AC systems to clear the lines of air and moisture before releasing the charge into the system. There are tons of videos on YT on how the end of the install should go with the pump and then the charge. I could not figure this part out using only the instructions provided. I will be buying more of these. I have two in my wife’s Craft Shop and plan to install two more in hard to heat/cool bedrooms in our house. They work great. Her Craft Shop could almost be considered open air. It does not have any insulation, just a board and batten cover on a post frame. Very leaky. They do a great job dehumidifying the area and cooling it.

Perfect unit for a small space
The item arrived faster than it initially said. When I unboxed it all appeared to be in order and the unit looks good. I followed the instructions to hang the infusion unit and worked with an hvac professional to install the outdoor condenser and lines. He commented how nice it was to have everything he needed included in the package.Iâve now been using it in a 400 sq ft space for 3 weeks and it works like a champ. I have not yet set up WiFi on it, but will be setting that up in the next week or so.Overall great value for a small mini-split system.

Good product
First a have to mention that I’m a HVAC guy and I’ve done several mini split. This product really is very easy to install regardless the experience on HVAC. The indoor bracket match perfectly whit the unit, no hassle, at all, easily doable for one person. Very quiet, not heavy at all, gloss black look beautiful and perform pretty good. The only problem for now is, the app does not work. So it needs to be controlled by the remote

Really great for the price
With this summer being so hot we decided to get a mini split for the bedroom, so glad we did. It works great and keeps the bedroom and other adjacent areas cool also. Our son-in-law, who is an AC installer put this in for us and said it was pretty easy to install. So glad we got this

Hands down pound for pound best unit!!
This unit has been in 2 years just about . Works amazing. Iâve had 2 other brands in my use . They were junk . Itâs very inexpensive to run and I live in florida . Saying that means something in my book .

Lasted a year
Used for one summer and the unit no longer works. Seems as the main board is shot. Asked the company about replacement parts and they told me they do not offer any. Waste of money.

Meeting every expectation and inexpensive too.
Bought the Black air Handler indoor unit. It is quiet as a mouse. Cranks out tons of cold air and in Dry mode it still puts out cold air enough for a bedroom sized area and pulled our 1000 sq’ trailer’s humidity down 10% further in hot humid South Florida. Got another one coming with the White air Handler for another location in a sun room. They are room coolers and not while house solutions. We seem to be able to move the cold air around somewhat with tower fans but they are not a central ducted air solution. Rooms furthest way from their flow stay warm, as in Kitchen and baths. If you are adaptable expect to see your electric bill drop dramatically.
