Great wired headset – excellent for gaming and work
My old Plantronics (10 years+) started to give me bad feedback and noise, especially when using the mic. So it was time for a new headset. I wanted something I could use for work and for gaming with my PC. Wireless was not important to me, but I wanted a more comfortable feeling, a very good mic/noise cancelling mic, and good sound quality. I also did not want to spend $200.After searching and researching I settled on the Corsair HS60. I was iffy on it – some of the reviews here were ‘meh’ and ‘not good’ and ‘broken out of the box’ but on sale for $120ish I figured if they weren’t any good I could always return them. They came really fast and I were basically Plug & Play. My RAM is also Corsair and the headset works with ICUE but the headset doesn’t have RGB lights. I’d have to look into this feature more to see what the headset can do with it. I bring it up because when I plugged in the headset, it wanted me to update the software.Anyway – the headset installed and needed a reboot, and then worked perfectly. The headset is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever used, it’s comfort is leaps ahead on my Plantronics and tiny Logitech headset I use at work. The sound quality is very good, and it’s volume range is robust. So far, the mic has been working as I need it, I’ve used it in over ten work meetings and five gaming sessions, and other than moving the mic closer to my mouth there have been zero feedback complaints or background noise pickups. The headset has some decent noise-reduction, I can’t hear my dog whining or my girlfriend crying for help when she drops something unless it’s really big/glass.I didn’t buy the headset for the haptic response, although it is a cool feature for gaming. I do appreciate I can control how much of the effect comes through.I don’t mind that they’re wired – since I’m using them at my work/gaming PC. The only thing I hate about them – it only comes in this camo pattern/color. It is not my aesthetic. Lastly, I think there are well worth the $100+, I’d say they are somewhere “well above” your generic $20-60 headset. If you needs are similar to mine, I would highly recommend this headset.

Ramen-Fueled Gaming Bliss: Corsair HS60 HAPTIC Takes Me on a Bass-Boosted Ride!
Yo, fellow gamers! I’m here to spill the deets on the Corsair HS60 HAPTIC Stereo Gaming Headset with Haptic Bass, and let me tell ya, it’s like I’ve found the ultimate gaming companion without even leavin’ my ramen nest. This thing’s got more vibes than my gaming rig’s RGB lighting!First off, this headset’s like a soft cloud huggin’ my ears – no joke, I could be in an intense raid for hours and my ears feel cozier than my bed after a gaming marathon. And let’s talk bass, man. The haptic bass ain’t no wimpy shake – it’s like a full-blown bass drop right on my dome, bringin’ my game explosions to life in a way that even my trusty instant ramen can’t top. Now, I ain’t no audiophile, but the sound quality’s so crisp I swear I can hear my opponents rage-quittin’ across the server. Footsteps, gunshots, even the distant cries of my hunger pangs – this headset picks ’em all up like I’ve got supersonic ears or somethin’. And the noise cancellation’s like puttin’ up a “Do Not Disturb” sign to the outside world, keepin’ my gaming bubble sacred. And let’s talk about the haptic part. It’s like the headset’s givin’ me a friendly pat on the back every time I land a headshot or pull off a slick move. It’s like my own personal victory dance without even gettin’ outta my chair! Plus, the haptic bass syncs up with my game’s explosions and thumps, makin’ me feel like I’m in the middle of the action – ramen bowl and all. Now, I know I ain’t the healthiest eater, but even I can appreciate this headset’s comfort. It’s like wearin’ a pair of fluffy pillows on my ears, even when I’m rockin’ the headset through marathon gaming sessions fueled by my stash of ramen noodles. My ears stay comfy even if my posture’s a mess. All in all, the Corsair HS60 HAPTIC Stereo Gaming Headset’s my trusty sidekick in my quest to conquer digital worlds without leavin’ my ramen lair. If you’re lookin’ for a headset that’ll make your game vibes hit harder than a midnight snack attack, this one’s a no-brainer. Five stars? Nah, this headset deserves a high score that goes off the charts!

    Quality sound and functionality
I loved the haptic base as well as the sound quality in comparison to other headphones I have bought. Looking at other reviews, and the product that I got late last year, it seems like if your package is not handled with care, then the headset breaks easily. Mine luckily did get too damaged. The detachable mic, according to my friends on discord, sounded worse than before, which was a bother so I went with some alternative mic. In the now, the part of the cord that is attached to the headset is beginning to get lose and I am losing sound in the left ear. I would buy these again if they were built to last longer.

Nice headset from a well known, high quality brand
I decided to purchase this headset when I was looking to buy one with a mic for chatting with people I know on Discord. Corsair is a brand I have been purchasing for a while now, so I know they make high quality products. The price was right and it has all the features that I was looking for, including being Discord certified. The headset reproduces really crisp, clear and vibrant audio, is built to last and has a high quality noise canceling mic that allows for all the people you talk to to hear you loud and clear. All in all, I have had no issues with this headset so far and am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this headset to anyone who is looking to buy a very good and reliable one for gaming and/or chatting with others. Worth every penny you pay.

I purchased a set of these for myself and my husband. We are both big PC gamers and were both looking for a good set of wired headphones. I specifically wanted haptic headphones for the 8D audio therapy I use for anxiety and depression as well. These are the best. They are almost too good! I can’t hear anything else around me when I am wearing them. My husband sometimes gets a little frustrated because they are so good at blocking out the sound that he has to get up and physically tap me to get my attention. I have taken to wearing one ear off most of the time so I can listen for him and/or the dogs. Definitely recommended. And super comfortable as well. Not too heavy, and the ear cups around the outside of my ear so nothing pushes against my ears too tightly. I am going to keep my eyes open for a sale and grab a backup pair as well.

I recently purchased a Corsair HS60 Haptic product through Amazon Saudi Arabia, which I received from China via import/export trade. While the product seems mostly genuine, I noticed a couple of concerns:1. The product packaging is predominantly in Chinese.2. The Corsair logo or symbol is missing from the top side of the headband.
