Got this for my wife for her birthday, she loves it, massive upgrade from her last computer. It is so good that it’s hard to get her away from her computer at times lol.

I tried to like it
This is the most infuriating product to work with. The speakers are located on the bottom so when placing it in your lap the sound is muffled and really bad. When opening it, the screen will be auto-rotated to portrait and you will have to restart it because it won’t turn back. Also when opening it, sometimes the keyboard or sound won’t work so you will have to, again, restart. I have never in my life experienced lag on google chrome but there’s a first for everything. I didn’t have issues with a bad connection until recently, nothing has changed with my location or wifi. Sites take an eternity to load, they will freeze so you can’t scroll and it will take a few minutes. Watching videos will pause every few minutes on streaming sites. Control-click doesn’t work to right-click, you have to click in a very specific spot on the trackpad and there’s no way to change it other than connecting a mouse. I like the display, the resolution is super nice. Other than that, there’s not much else good about this computer. I wish I’d done my research and seen all the problems other people have had with this computer. I desperately wish I still had the box and was in my return window because I don’t like a single thing about this computer.

Very good quality devices I bought 4 pieces 3 were as good as new the 4th device had a mi or software and hardware issue, I contacted the seller and they fixed my problem right away. Good quality seller highly recommended.

Disappointed
Love touch screen pen works great. Touchpad gets stuck. Slow to load apps.
