I like it so far
I got this new phone holder for my car, and it’s pretty cool. It was easy to put together, and the magnet is strong enough to hold my S24 Samsung phone securely. It hasn’t fallen off or anything, even when I’m driving on rough roads. It even comes with two metal rings for your phone if you have a case that is not magnetic. The only thing is, it does shake a bit when I’m driving, but it doesn’t really bother me.

As expected, you can lose some functionality of the vent though
Overall this is a solid product. The way the vent layout in my vehicles end up making the vent pretty useless once this is attached. When it’s attached though, it is fairly sturdy with a little wobble and shake while driving but not bad enough to impact how viewable the screen is. You can rotate it and the MagSafe aspect is a great.

Iâve only used this for a week or two now, and so far it has been holding up pretty well. I have an iPhone 12 pro with a MagSafe case, and it works! Strong magnet, held up pretty well when I accidentally drove by a pothole. I do notice shakiness while driving but Iâm not spending time on my phone when I drive so it doesnât bother me. The shakiness or stability may differ for bigger phones, so if you do have a bigger phone (i.e. iPhone 12 pro max or similar) it may not hold up as well. But try it! Worst case is youâll just return it.

Lamicall for MagSafe Car Mount – Upgraded-2nd Generation [20 Strong Magnets]There products are generally very nice but this is an exception.This car mount is of decent build and doesn’t feel weak or fragile. But the problem is it’s performance. The extension allows the phone to vibrate enough that it’s not possible to read anything if not in very large typeface. Even then it’s not clear. This is very distracting and not something needed when driving.It’s possible if you’re driving a Silver Cloud or maybe even a CTS on a very smooth road that the vibration/shaking might be tolerable or barely decreeable. I doubt it would be gone.The concept is laudable. No one wants their phone in front of a hot vent. This mount keeps the phone handy but not really functional if you have to check for some information.You shouldn’t be reading or studying the display while driving. But it’s easy to glance at a screen on a mounted phone to determine your nest exit or who is calling etc. This mount means doing simple quick glances will be challenging and should be avoided.If you’re parked for an extended time with the heater on, this gets it out of the way of the vent and could be somewhat readable. If the car is moving it’s utility becomes questionable.I don’t recommend it.

Too bulky for me
Very strong magnet. Well made. Easily adjustable. Sits well in vent (but you will not be able to move the angle of your vent once placed as expected.) The purpose is to sit it away and high above the vent. I just don’t like it, it sits too up close to my steering wheel or too high up in my front windshield field of view. Others might like this, just not want I want.

Very adjustable for height and left right (it pivots and can be locked in desired position .It works very well.The adjustable (for depth)hook can grab on to the horizontal slats of an HVAC vent in my vehicle and be locked gently by turn a knob.The magnet circle is extremely strong so much so that care should be taken when removing phone off of mount as you may end up damaging your grill vents. I simply grab the holder from behind the phone and slide the phone off as opposed to pulling it off.So far so good.I am very happy with it, itâs a quality looking piece. It does not look out of place inside my fairy pricey vehicle.

Die Halterung lässt sich in jedem üblichen Fahrzeuglüfter befestigen und hält dann das Handy auch bei stärkerer Erschütterung fest. Wichtig hierbei: Das Handy sollte natürlich über eine MagSafe-Ring verfügen.Wer eine Handyhülle benutzt muss darauf achten, dass auch diese diesen Ring in sich hat!

This was so easy to fit and seems very sturdy so far. Thereâs a torque system when tightening to the vent to ensure you want over tighten it. It does seem to wobble slightly when affixed but seems solid.
