My 8 year old loves it!
My daughter received this tablet for Christmas. She has used it daily since. She loves everything about it. About 2 weeks ago, it stopped charging. It would say it was charging but never actually would despite using different chargers. Contacted AWOW customer service and received a message back from Martin within a few hours. After troubleshooting the tablet, he told us to send it back to him and he would send us a brand new replacement. We received it today and it is the exact same tablet. Very happy with the product and the customer service is amazing. Thank you so much, Martin!

Not worth your money, short life span
My daughter ,18 months old, has been using this tablet for less than a month when it stopped working. It practically became her best friend. The screen has finally stopped working. It started freezing after 3 days of use and I then realised why it had a reset button. The freezing would happen at least 6 times a day, I thought maybe the screen was overheating. The screen would be completely unresponsive untill I restarted it. It even got stuck in the restart loading screen twice. I had to restart again to get it to work. I would not recommend for my enemy’s child. My daughter is now distraught that her tablet isn’t working. It seemed to be a good fit at first because it has decent sound quality, it seems to be able to withstand the drops she would give it, the size was perfect for her little hands and good storage but the quality is terrible.Also to add, it wouldnt charge well on the fast charger, the battery life wasn’t too bad, about 5 hrs

I bought 2 of these tablets for my 8 and 5 year old to use as part of our homeschool. After a month the charging port broke, but Customer Support has been great and within 24 hours of sending pictures, they approved a replacement product. These tablets have a very good amount of storage, and have been perfect for our purposes. They are good for the price and easy enough for my kids to use independently within our homeschool.

Itâs an ok tablet bad thing is screen breaks easy case doesnât protect tablet at all.
Itâs a good product the only bad thing is the case protector doesnât protect the tablet at all, my 3 year old daughter is autistic and she let her first tablet fall on its back I donât know how the screen cracked. My second tablet they replaced my baby girl was sitting in her chair it fell and hit the corner of the case protector and fell on its back again the screen cracked, I would buy this tablet either for me or my 16 year old but for my 3 year old nope mind you the second tablet I had bought a screen protector and it still cracked, I took out the screen protector to make sure it was just the screen protector that cracked and nope it was the screen that cracked as well. Honestly like I said I would buy it for my 16 year old or myself..

My 2yr old loves this tablet she takes it everywhere she goes the battery life is excellent which is great as she uses it a lot. Just like how you would baby proof somethings in your home this tablet is child proof the protective case on it is a godsend. Will definitely recommend buying this product I’m definitely getting one for my godson but in BLUE my little one had hers in PINK. Delivery was prompt and strict to make sure the right person got the items a secure message was sent to my phone with a code I had to give the the delivery person so no stressing above the parcel/package. the whole process was stress freeOh if you happen to have any problems regarding this product don’t panic or stress about it they have got such an incredible customer service time I know this for a fact because I had a minor issue I emailed them they got bad to me straight away and boom my issue was no more and my baby girl is so happy.
