Ok screen protector but cracks too easily
I can usually oy make this last a week or so before this screen protector cracks – sometimes without me dropping my phone.

Wrong Size or Poor Design?
I’m not sure if I received the wrong size or what… but it does not fit my screen. I double-checked the box AND my order history before beginning to make sure that I didn’t mess up and order the wrong size. Both the box and my order history confirmed that I had ordered the correct size for my Galaxy S9+.The “installation tray” (a plastic frame to help you guide the screen protector into position) did not fit my phone but it wasn’t a big deal. I just carefully placed it myself. I made sure I lined it up so that the space between the screen protector and the edge of my phone screen was even all around. Honestly, I was a little impressed with myself that I managed to get it lined up so straight without the guide! Installation was easier than I anticipated!However, I noticed something was wrong immediately when I turned my screen on. The phone screen was peeking out from the side of the screen protector. At first I thought I must have put it too far to the right… except it was the same on the left side of my phone, too. I tried to capture it the best I could in the pictures. (also included some pics with my phone off, in case it helps anyone)I thought I was going crazy so I decided to go to the link provided and I watched all 4 videos hoping that the next one would look like my phone (has a curved screen) as well as the type of screen protector I purchased (tempered glass sheet). I was also hoping the videos would demonstrate how to use the installation tray. Unfortunately, they did not. None of the videos were helpful.I was just going to deal with it and use the screen protector anyways to protect from scratches since I already had it installed, but I quickly noticed a few more issues that made it completely unusable for me. First, I use the “edge panel” which is a tiny tray that you can swipe from the curved edge of your screen to access useful shortcuts (like apps, tools, contacts, weather, etc.) Since the screen protector wasn’t fitted properly, I could not successfully swipe to open my edge panel. I also noticed that I could not swipe the notification bar down… at all. And lastly, my touch screen had become far less sensitive, barely registering many of my taps.I really wish this screen protector worked. I liked that it came with two of everything in case I messed up the first attempt. It came with 1 “installation tray”, 2 alcohol cleaning wipes, 2 microfiber cloths, 2 tempered glass screen protectors, 2 “dust-absorber” stickers, and 6 “guide” stickers (I have no idea what they were for, didn’t see anything in the paper instructions or videos about these stickers).Luckily the adhesive was rather weak so I was able to gently lift it from my phone without much of a hassle.
