    Awesome CPU!
It stays cool, and is very good quality for the price, it’s honestly a work horse and can easily perform in all tasks. It’s easy to install, and can handle multi tasking easy. I got it on a sale for half off, and for the price of $100 at the time, it has been the best investment in my PC so far.

    Amazing CPU.
I bought this CPU for my PC 9 months ago and it has be amazing ever since. Stays very cool. Hottest I’ve ever had it is 65c. Gives me 150fps plus in warzone black ops 6 with Rx 5600xt at 1080p ultra settings without a problem without fsr. Very good product.

    The best 5000 series?
When considering a cpu you REALLY need to ask yourself what your going to use it for and what type of user you yourself are. And do your own research, DO NOT just listen to every youtuber telling you one model is better than…If your looking for a solid performer in all aspects, a cpu that’s EASY to keep cool and doesn’t require much power then the 5700x is perfect. If your trying to push everything to very peak and looking for the best fps in games and your fine with dealing with the extra power and heat management needs then consider the 5800x or 5800x3d.Something to note however is that in terms of gaming the 5800x only achieves 5 to 10 higher fps (test comparisons done with a 3060 gpu)However the 5700x actually performed better in several multicore tests. The 5800x requires nearly double the power which in turn means it generates much more heat. If your looking to build a quiet, easy to cool machine and only getting 100fps on your favorite game versus 106fps is fine to you then consider the 5700x. Especially if your on a budget since you can easily go with cheaper cooling options.Match it with the right ram and a good gpu and it should last for years to come.Random fact that no one else likes to mention. The Ryzen 7 5800x came out in 2020… they didn’t realease the 5700x until 2022

    No issues at all
Got this for half off, so I have no complaints whatsoever.I needed this to rebuild my media center PC that I use for all my computer content, video files, etc, to my TV and projector. I couldn’t upgrade what I had to windows 11 since it was a 6 year old system, running an older Asus ROG Strix motherboard and an older AMD Ryzen processor.Got the new board, new CPU here, new RAM, threw it all in, and was up and running in no time. I like the speed boost compared to what I had, and the fact that I could now upgrade to Windows 11.Runs fine, works well with the water cooling system I’ve been using with the older CPU. No issues at all, and for the price, it was a steal. I don’t do gaming on this, I have a new 2024 laptop that is my gaming system, so all I wanted here was a reliable system for watching movies from my NAS and the onboard drives, and this delivered.

Fast. Major Upgrade from Ryzen 5 1600
The Ryzen 7 5700X took my machine to a new level. I replaced a RYZEN 5 1600 6-Core 3.2 GHz on an MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard and the switch was flawless.

    Amazing value, decent product.
For those that are most interested in this product, the most intensive thing that I use this CPU for is gaming. I am a hardcore sandbox gamer. Do you know what that means? That means my rig needs a strong cpu that has the cores, threads, and clockspeeds to make sure that my GPU is the lacking component. Right now, I think that my CPU and GPU are almost a perfect match: 7 5700x + RTX 4060 (8GB). There are a fair share of games where my CPU bottlenecks on performance, and a fair share where that is the case with my GPU. I bought this for my first PC build in November 2023, my only wish, is that I went with a slightly more pricey, but probably more future proof AM5 build. For those that might have a little more wiggle room with their budget, the 9 5900X (best AM4 CPU) was just on sale for about $222 not too long ago, and the prices with CPUs here on amazon are quite fickle. Use an amazon price tracker to determine the likelihood of a near sale. At the time of writing this, the 5900X can be expected to have a 32% performance improvement over the 5700X, for the expense of an additional $100.For first time builders that are considering the future proofing of their build, look into AM5 CPUs, given you have the budget for one. An AM5 equivalent would be the Ryzen 5 7600X, feel free to scale up from there, depending on your budget and needs.

Upgraded from a 2600x and I am very happy. This thing is a beast! Who needs the 5800x when you have this 5700x which is just as good at a much better price and has less power consumption. If you have an older AMD cpu, this is the perfect one to upgrade to! Gaming, music stuff and windows related things are all running much better now.Two huge thumbs up, glad I could get another cpu upgrade in before having to up grade my motherboard and ram, as I didn’t have the money to do all that. This is a worthwhile upgrade!***Running it with a 406ti and 32gb of ram*******Years later, still loving it, runs games amazing, same with my audio creation stuff to. WONDERFUL Cpu!!! Put a 4060ti in there last year to and the two together work just perfect, barely uses any power****
