I have had my laptop for 5 years, since COVID-19 hit. It worked great for online school, and is still working strong. The only reason I am even looking for a new one is because somebody **cough cough Dad** sat on it and cracked the screen. Still going strong after over 5 years together.

I got my laptop yesterday. Today when I played songs on it, the speaker gave humming and hissing sound. When I reached out to customer care executives, they kept redirecting and never gave an satisfactory solution. Everyone was in a hurry to end the conversation and move to next customer. Never ever in my life, I had this kind of problem. I would suggest not to buy this product, atleast from this seller.
