Good but thereâs Some Things You Should Know
This motherboard is a great price for its things like M.2 slots, PCIE slots compared to all other AM5 Motherboards. Itâs Design looks great in a black and grey build too. The only two downsides to this motherboard that arenât too serious.1. The manual isnât great, but a few YouTube videos and itâll work out2. Their arenât many fan or RGB headers, this wasnât a problem for me because I had a fan hubOne thing you should also know is that isnât bad or good, itâs just different from other motherboards. For the RAM (if you have two sticks) you need to put them in slot A2 and B2 (This would look like No Ram Stick, Ram Stick, No Ram Stick, Ram Stick, from left to right order) this isnât bad, the PC just wonât work if you donât put it in this order. Other wise this is a very good quality motherboard for its price, it stand next to the $220 ones, minus the fan headers.

Clearly used and not even an attempt to clean or refurbish to working order.
Open my package to find the socket protector off in the corner of the box, thermal paste over the bracket, and what looks to be several bent pins. Absolutely ridiculous and can really mess up your plans if you are trying to test out a build before the return window on your other parts. Buy elsewhere.

I was scare at the beginnig coz i have some problems updating the bios, for a ryzen 5 8600g but after 2 tries i got it working. Is a good product.

Another good Gigabyte board – after initial updating
This is about the 5th Gigabyte motherboard I have purchased. Took a couple days for my son (who is very knowledgeable) to get it updated as support from Gigabyte wasn’t what it should be. However, got it running and it runs as expected.

Used the Qflash option by powering up the motherboard with my PSU first. Then placed the USB32GB flashdrive to the bios option in the USB3.2 slot using FAT32 with latest bios downloaded from the GIGABYTE webpage. Pressed and hold for 3 sec on the Qflash button and waited for the red led light to stop blinking. Was quite fast and stopped after around 5 – 7 min. No cpu was required to do the process.Received an error on the bios once when powering on for the first time, but was fine after resetting using the power button on my PC. Works perfectly fine afterwards.
