Affordable, Beyond my expectations, and no different than a brand new product!
I recently found myself in need of a computer of my own (due to beginning a new job) and came across many of these different models and makes of refurbished laptops. I owned a Lenovo Flex7 in the past, destroyed by my Sister’s boyfriend, and had been relying on company-provided laptops since 2020. I found this Lenovo Flex5 and figured why not buy refurbished, coming with a guarantee from both Amazon and the Vendor, with the worst case scenario requiring me to send it back for a full refund. One day after ordering, I received the laptop and began to set it up. It looked brand new, performed like I was the 1st owner, and used Windows 11 (of which I have been fully satisfied with). I have had no issues with the computer, it is faster than any of the previous computers I have ever had, and is covered with the warranty I bought from Amazon. After this great experience, I doubt I will ever buy anything but refurbished computers, possibly all refurbished electronics from this point. Ultimately, this is the best purchase I could have made for a “new” computer and have been 100%+ satisfied with its physical appearance, operating capabilities, and the vendor’s attention to detail in resetting the machine (and sending it with only original manufacturer parts). If you need a new computer, this is your best solution! Additionally, its actual manufacture date is 5/24/2022, making it barely one year old on the day of purchase!!!

Think Again – Renewed is it worth it????
I recently purchased a Lenovo 2023 Convertible 2-in-1 Laptop, 14″ with high hopes of finding a reliable and efficient device to fulfill my computing needs. However, my experience with this particular laptop has been extremely disappointing, to say the least.Initially, when I first turned on the laptop, everything seemed fine. There was no obvious damage, and it appeared to be an excellent device. However, just 24 hours later, I started encountering numerous issues. The laptop began freezing and crashing frequently, displaying error messages about something going wrong and requiring a password reset. Despite multiple restarts, the laptop became completely unresponsive, rendering it useless. It was as if I had purchased nothing more than a brick.In an effort to resolve these issues and explore my options, I contacted Amazon customer support. I must commend them for being helpful and providing precise instructions and guidance, suggesting that I contact the seller for a return. Following their advice, after 7 days, I initiated a return with Amazon to cancel my original order.Unfortunately, the frustrating experience didn’t end there. Upon receiving the return label from Amazon, I encountered an unexpected bill shock. The Australian Post Office refused to accept the prepaid label provided by Amazon, forcing me to pay an additional $100 for return postage, tracking, and insurance independently. This added expenditure was certainly an unwelcome surprise.At present, I am left without a laptop as it is in transit back to the US, and I am out of pocket for both the original postage cost of US $67 and the return postage cost of AU $100. Considering the total expenses incurred, including the original purchase and the return costs, I realized that it would have been cheaper to buy the same laptop brand new in Australia.Given the flaws and challenges I experienced with this refurbished laptop, I strongly advise against investing in this particular model. The inconveniences and financial implications far outweigh any potential benefits it may offer.
